DONT BUY A USED RV HERE!! I purchased a used Motorcoach here in August of 2021 - and learned some…read morehard lessons. Justin was my salesperson and he seemed very nice and helpful. I was really excited to make my dreams of getting on the road a reality. Justin said there had been a roof leak - it looked minor to my untrained eye - and he promised it had been fixed. It had not. I brought the rig back a few weeks later after a major rain and the ceiling in the rig got worse and was clearly holding water - yikes is right! The service department said they fixed the leak on the roof - but I was told that they don't do interior ceiling panels - so nothing was done on the inside of the rig. Here we are December and I finally took matters into my own hands - and took down the ceiling panel only to find - mold, standing water and an active leak still. Here are the lessons I learned - that I hope help someone else: 1) Insist on taking your potential purchase to a mechanic to check it out 2) insist on a test drive - outside of the parking lot (that's a whole different review) 3) Don't buy an RV if the word "leak" is used at all - even if they promise (more than once) that it's been fixed 4) And don't take the salesman's word for it - get it in writing Better yet - go somewhere else to buy an RV. This is very disappointing and disheartening=

As soon as I received my truck back my attorney told me to take the truck to another mechanic. New mechanic found many issues. Be careful !! The owner is a hot head. State of Michigan is now investigating them. My legal is now taking over. DON'T GET YOU VEHICLE REPAIRED BY THEM!!!

horrible horrible horrible! ive been to many shops with multiple trucks. this is by far the worst…read moreshop with any employees in the back and owner barely answers or gets back with you. costed me over $13k in last 4 months without resolving an issue on a small truck. they throw parts never needed to get the the actual problem. every truck I took over there I swear to god within a few days not even broke down within 50 miles driven. this shop will be hearing from the state and a court order. didn't even try to make it right. took my truck that broke down for the 3rd time after spending $6800 in last two weeks and really bashed this repair service. changed many parts not needed and it was a fuel issue. broke down 3 hours away from the office. took it to trinity and told me the real issue and was ez to diagnose was fuel injection pump. 3 months ago I had my transmission done on a 20011 e450. I kid you not a week later it was gushing Tranny fluid. MO, tried to sub contract the Job second time and that person that worked on it also bashed him. said they forgot to put the dual pin back which was a major process and the tranny he put in there was a $400 junk yard ticking time bomb and charged me $3800 twice. I had to get it done two times. be very careful and if you do pay card that way you can dispute and he can chase to get his money! full fraud service. worst shop I ever been two. not one vehicle I ever repaired there ever stayed over 100 miles driving. literally broke next day and choose to let me to take him to court. little do they know when someone got records and full proof you expect them to make it right but I know the court will!

I recently had my catalytic convertor stolen from my Ford chassis motorhome from a "secure" storage in Commerce. It turns out that none of the Ford dealers in Metro Detroit can work on a Ford chassis RV! But Garrett can. I received a prompt estimate from them and was on my way shortly thereafter, "shortly" being the time to coordinate getting the work approved & paid by my insurance company.
