When I called 2 months prior to the repair, the manager said he would take care of it. I stopped in 3 weeks prior to drop off. Evidently the manager was no longer there, and never passed along the repair needs. The new person said they would order my replacement recliner so it would be there when I dropped my camper off, and get reimbursed. Not wait for preauthorization. They didn't order it! And when I asked about it when I got there, he could of told me. They didn't tell me they waited over a week to order. They were supposed to have it 2 days, had it 2 weeks! Thankfully someone allowed me to sleep on their couch. Customer service is bad. Horrible Follow up. Horrible communication.
