Fast repair on my camper roof. Will definitely be my number one pick for repairs and parts.

I live in my camper and scheduled the repairs far out, so I could get it to the shop after camping season. I sent an email to the manager in April, never heard back. When I called 2 months prior to the repair, the manager said he would take care of it. I stopped in 3 weeks prior to drop off. Evidently the manager was no longer there, and never passed along the repair needs. The new person said they would order my replacement recliner so it would be there when I dropped my camper off, and get reimbursed. Not wait for preauthorization. They didn't order it! And when I asked about it when I got there, he could of told me. They didn't tell me they waited over a week to order. They were supposed to have it 2 days, had it 2 weeks! Thankfully someone allowed me to sleep on their couch. Customer service is bad. Horrible Follow up. Horrible communication.

Nothing but a hole in floor under the shower where I could see under trailer, most outlets didn't work, no cabinet doors, half finished laundry room and bathroom addition, "new" air conditioning unit doesn't work with freon leak, not painted, deck not sealed, leaking roof, etc, etc. I could list pages of items wrong with this hell hole. I'd assume that if they sell mobile homes this way the RV's would be the same. Scheisters!

They took the furnace out, brought it back in a few days, said they dusted it. Charged me an obscene amount. It turned on; sounded fine. But the sound was sporadic before. Came home from work, the noise was back and worse! They had to come and get it again, did an actual diagnostic and said it was the blower motor. They had to wait on Jayco to send the repair part, which I said in the beginning it needed to go thru Jayco. Diagnosis so it would be covered under warranty. They brought it back, it wouldn't work. They said they now had to replace the relay. It still didn't work. So they had to order a whole new control panel. Because there was an error. They swapped out the panel, the error was still there. (The furnace was working)I had to suggest they actual call Jayco, they were throwing parts at this point. They tried to reset it. They basically tapped out. Ridiculous! I had to take it to another place to get it reset. I was without a furnace for a whole month, in the dead of winter. I was also in communication with Jayco, they said I had to let them finish the repair. They also redid my invoice and pasted my signature to send to Jayco. You can see the cut lines. Moral of the story if you are in over your head, say something.

We would and did traveled 1000's of miles to get the Motorhome and service we received. Jim May is our man!!!! He is a man of word! He did everything he said he would do. We discussed what we were looking for, and he found it. He has his crew inspect and clean the motorhome thoroughly. The crew walked us through the RV explaining all the everything to a T. Jim May said, those lights will go off when it's warmed up. That was a lie! Those lights indicated service needed. I had flown from the east coast to Ohio, to drive it back. Day, one of the drive back, it began running rough, and the service engine lights were on the dashboard. I had it looked at by fully trained International mechanics. I was told that it needed repairs. To his credit, Jim May did pay for those repairs. Approx $500. The following day, I broke down on the interstate. Again, it had to be serviced and needed new parts. The cost was $7000. Jim May refused to pay. Day three, it continue to run rough and I had to take it for service, again. At a fully certified International shop. They ran complete diagnostics. They told me that at some point they believed that something other than diesel fuel had been added. Repairs were made. That bill was $23,000. At this point, Jim May would not even take my calls or text messages. I got home without further incident. However, I found a damp spot on the floor in the hallway by the bathroom. Upon examination, it was found that the shower drain was not connected properly, and leaked badly. Upon further examination, we found the entire floor had black mold and the flooring was so rotted, I could literally stick my hand through the sub flooring. The flooring and subflooring had to be replaced. Jim May, and Findlay's RV., sold me a product, knowing it had major problems. I'm aware of this because I contacted Findlay's RV and a secretary sent me the work order for my Nexus Ghost, which showed everything that needed to be repaired, before this vehicle was sold. The rotten flooring was listed. But, that and many of the other items on their punchlist were not completed. Findlay's RV and Jim May, represented this as a fully operational RV, that was a false representation. Jim May is dishonest and deceitful. Steer clear of Findlay's RV avoid!
