I usually go to the one in Natick on my way home from the dealer, but the Shrewsbury branch is only 5 minutes from my work. The service in Shrewsbury is outstanding. The guys in Natick are really impersonable and get pretty passive aggressive when you pull out the free wash voucher. Regardless, I pulled up for a standard car wash in Shrewsbury, and the attendants there were extrememly nice, and they gave me a free 5 minute vaccuum token for after the wash! Apparently they do this for everyone, but I like to feel special. After the wash I got out of my car to vaccuum and noticed that my car was still really dirty... and I drive a white car. Simultaneously, I realized I had put my token into the "car wipe" machine instead of the "vaccuum" machine. The car wash attendant saw me make the mistake and immediately came over to help with not just one new vaccuum coin, but two! Just because! (: He also noted my dirty white car had not been cleaned the first time around, so he told me to pull around and I would get another free wash. Awesome! After my second wash, as I was finishing up my 5 minute vaccuum sesh, the attendant gave me a brochure promotion for $19.99 monthly unlimited washes. Each basic wash is $15, so if I go twice with my white car (that gets exceptionally dirty in the winter) I'll get my money back and then some! Definitely will be returning!

One of the biggest advantages for me is that they offer a touchless option--many car washes don't. For Tesla owners, that's a significant benefit, as Tesla car wash mode is a PIA! Traditional conveyor-style tunnel washes can be a hassle with a Tesla because you need to activate Car Wash Mode before driving onto the conveyor belt: 1. Put the Model 3 in Park. 2. On the touchscreen, select: Controls -- Service -- Car Wash Mode. 3. While keeping your foot on the brake, select Enable Free Roll. 4. Once Free Roll is engaged, release the brake. 5. And do these quickly while it's your turn! I've only used a traditional conveyor wash with my Tesla once, and that was enough. I struggled to get the car into Free Roll quickly enough, and the staff had to stop the conveyor until I did. That's why I prefer Fitzy's touchless wash. I simply park the car, and the equipment does the rest--no rushing, no stress, and no worries about getting into Free Roll at the right moment. The dryers could be a bit more effective, but Fitzy's provides towel stations so you can quickly dry any remaining water spots before leaving. I've also used Fitzy's traditional conveyor wash with other vehicles, and it works well. Overall, I can comfortably recommend both options, with the touchless wash being my first choice for Tesla owners.

I inspected it after and saw the dent, alerted the young man who worked there. He was very apologetic and acknowledged the situation, but said he just worked there and couldn't do anything. He gave me a number to call. However, I called and it went to a fax machine. I found the number online and it was the same number. The damage isn't severe, but was enough to make me upset. I usually use the self serve and the touchless service, which are far safer. If I do decide to return, I'll use those options and avoid the popular drive through machines. Cheers!

The pictures below are from our new 2007 Acura RDX (interior looks new!!) and, to be honest, when he and his team (thank you to Erin!) were done with this work, we honestly considered reselling it to turn a profit! We highly recommend their service and will be repeat customers.

What I liked: I really like the way they cleaned the engine and the wheels. 2. Things that were just OK: the exterior wax job looked just ok. I guess I was expecting a little more, a better shine. Wax job effect really didn't seem to last that long. In fairness, the truck is 8 yrs old and not garaged so Maybe I was expecting too much 3. Things I didn't like: The vacuum job on the interior. there was still sand and dirt visible in the tight places between the seats. It's the kind of stuff I can't get to when I vacuum the car myself which is why I brought it to a detailer. They never washed out the bed of the truck. 4. What I really didn't like: Without asking me, they put several Haddad stickers on the windows which I removed immediately. Overall I just don't feel like the value was there for $500. It felt like the job was rushed.
