Our family is so happy with the service and the attention that Drum gave to my father. It's an old house, so it was a challenge. We received three quotes with different options within 48 hours. All were very reasonable. The installation took place shortly afterwards. I was impressed with the quick turnaround. I was even more impressed with the level of service. They have been notified they will be billed for their abandoned property to be removed from our site and i guess that's the next step. Stay away from this company. They just lie every time I call and have zero interest in support or customer service. Much less, it is illegal to abandon items of this nature on someone's property.
