I called Sutton Paving & Construction Inc. located in Clarence Center, NY and they came out the next day and provided a reasonable quote. How their work is completed is more important than a reasonable quote. This firm completed the work a few days after my call and did such a professional job my neighbors are asking for their number. Brandon who oversaw the project, insured that work was completed as specified on the quote. His customer service and the finished project set a benchmark in the paving and construction business.

Once here - technician tried to plunge the sink - which I had already done - he them determined the clog was in the sewer line - which I told him this on his arrival - he said it would be $499 to unclog the sewer line - silly me - I thought that would be the entire cost - it wasn't - $650 some dollars later the task was completed - when I said I would pay by credit card - I was told it would be an additional 5% - there is not a credit card company in the world that charges a 5% surcharge - so.......I pay by check - would I recommend this company - NO - NO - NO they are a total RIP OFF ! Our neighbor was having some major (12 plus trees) tree removal work done in his yard. We decided…read moreto get some work done ourselves and asked for an estimate on our job. After speaking with Nicholas (the owner), he gave us a quick and reasonable price. He he explained our options and even told us a tree that we thought needed to come down would probably bounce back after other dead trees around it were removed. He could have easily made some extra money by taking it down but was more concerned with saving a tree. We really appreciated that. The work took a day and a half to finish though they were also working next door so may have actually taken less time. This included removal of 1 tree, major trimming of 2 trees, both that were hanging on our roof, and the removal of a large pile (a real mess) of old wood piled in our yard. They completed the job beyond of satisfaction! The yard was left cleaner than when they started and even trimmed a couple extra branches on other trees without us asking. The entire crew was hard working, very conscious, neat, polite, and friendly. I would highly, with no hesitation, recommend them to anyone needing this type of work.
