TD was my tech and he did a great job. He let me soak for a bit as I requested (yeah, I needed it) and then handled business. My feet look and feel ike they belong to someone who loves them again. Jade told me it would be more expensive and verified the price with another technician ($83 instead of the usual $55). I explicitly agreed to that price. In the end, the technician completely ignored my request and only did a basic manicure on my short natural nails without adding any length. The most outrageous part happened at checkout: they charged me the full $83 as if I had received extensions! When I tried to resolve the issue, Jade blatantly lied, claiming she "didn't understand me" and that I never asked for length. This is impossible since I showed her the length with my hands and we had a verbal agreement on the $83 price. Instead of acknowledging the mistake and the dishonesty, the manager only offered a tiny 10% discount. I ended up paying for a service I never received and left with short nails despite asking for extensions multiple times. Terrible customer service and price deception. I do not recommend this place.
