While I was getting my pedicure, a large brown roach crawled across the platform, I said to my nail tech: "do you think we should let the receptionist know about the visitor?" She laughed nervously and said "it's disapppeared now we will handle that when you get out of the chair." The lack of urgency and complacency was concerning to me, it signals to me that they have those large roaches often and may or may not be doing anything about it. To make matters worse I looked to their waxing room, and there was another large roach laying dead on its back. In addition to that, a health inspector walked into the salon as I was leaving. This may be routine, but it did raise additional red flags, considering the roaches. Overall, the pedicure itself is mediocre, nothing to write home about. The foot massage was great! Probably the best part of the pedicure. Joyce did great on that. After reviewing their price menu, I was surcharge an additional $10 on the $55 pedicure (making my total $65) for some inexplicable reason. Would I return or recommend this place? Not at all. The greatest irony is on the door of the salon, the logo reads: "Sanitary and safe" that should've been the first sign there for me!

The pedicure was so relaxing, and she made sure I was comfortable the whole time. You can really tell she takes pride in her work and cares about her clients. Upon contacting the lady, she tells me that she receives clients at 1:30 am at this salon address 2132 NE 123rd St, North Miami, FL 33181 10:12 pm I receive confirmation of the appointment when I call again 10:54 pm The woman calls me to tell me that she is ready. When I enter the salon, the woman tells me that she works at dawn and at the time that the clients request, taking into account that she sees herself as a hard-working woman, I congratulate her for her great work and hard work. The woman starts doing the pedicure without first cleaning the work tools, she does everything very quickly and starts to inquire about my personal life, she repeatedly asks me what my job is, and asks if the car I rented is mine, I shared with her that I was coming to celebrate my birthday in Miami, the woman in a very aggressive attitude does not listen to my instructions about the way I like my nails, she threatened to call the police even though I have refused to pay her, she refused to give me the service, she diagnosed me with mental illness, and compared my demands with her own mother which denotes a serious problem in her service. The woman mentions that she lacks patience, creating a series of prejudices and accusations against me for asking her how I wanted my nails done. The woman mentions having 20 years of experience, and this gives her the right to do her job without listening to how the client feels. I request that this information be delivered through my legal representative to a complaint in the Department of Health and all legal instances and determine these treatments, accusations and under service with tools outside of hygiene and safety for people. No A/C , safety or RESPECT!!! The lady is extremely rude and doesn't deserve have a license in case she does . This place is a joke.

The owner said only "frequent customers" avoid the extra fees, which says a lot about how they treat everyone else. They also charge an additional fee if you pay with a credit card, which basically pushes you to Zelle. That alone is a red flag. I've gone three times: first visit was fine, second was bad, third was the worst. Staff were arguing in their language in front of customers, using profanity and discussing money issues. It's supposed to be a relaxing place, not somewhere to listen to their drama. I won't be returning.

You would pay a lot more somewhere else for what we got done. My stepdaughter and I both got gel nails and my husband got a regular pedicure with no polish. The staff is super nice! We felt really comfortable and cared for here. We were offered a variety of wine, which was lovely, and they also gave us bottled water. Each person that did our nails asked us consistently if we liked what they were doing and if it was OK. That's really special, you don't get that all the time. They did a great job on our pedis! At first I didn't like the polish I had chosen, they were more than happy to take it off and start over on the one foot. No attitude whatsoever, more than happy to be accommodating. We will be going back to the salon. I think it's going to become our salon of choice. Really loved it. Highly recommend.

I have been extremely disappointed in the quality of customer service as of late. Much of the former nail techs have left or been fired. The massage chair was dusty with a layer of nail shavings. The nail tech spilled nail polish remover on my slacks. The staff rudely spoke only Spanish to each other in front of us. She also left us in chairs to go chat with her boyfriend outside after talking to him through her ear buds for most of the appointment. The new owners seemed aloof to being aware of customers needs. It saddens me to leave a familiar business after so many years. You have many loyal customers who do not want to leave, but are accustomed to a more thoughtful customer experience. I tried gel mani's for years but the polish would start to peel after 9 days due to my nail bed. Each gel mani was $40. Until I found High 5, they import their products from Europe and use a different kind of gel base. My mani now cost 75 but it lasts a month or longer, no chips or breaking. These are the longest my nails have ever been.
