I always get either the special pedicure or the honey one! What I love most about this place is they really cater to the massage. You can either get a 20 minute foot massage or 15 minute foot massage and 5 minute shoulder massage. I always get the 15/5 because who doesn't want their shoulders massaged after a tough work week. They serve complementary wine as well which is another plus! I also feel like the prices are fair and the gel pedicure last at least 4-6 weeks!

I brought in a very clear inspo photo and even a backup option, but what I ended up with looked nothing like the design. The tech told me it was a different technique than what it actually was, used the wrong base color, and even after I showed the photo again they kept pushing forward instead of just being upfront about not being able to do it. The manager tried to fix it, but by then I'd already been sitting there for over an hour and had to settle for something much simpler just to make it to other plans. My total came to $145 for both my nails and a gel French pedi. While I understand that's on the higher end, I would have been fine with the cost if the service matched what I asked for. Instead, it felt like there was a real lack of transparency and communication. I wish they had just been honest from the start about not being able to replicate the inspo.
