It's never a good sign when you walk into a new salon and most of the nail techs are lounging around in the pedicure chairs. Salon uses cheap/old products. My nail chipped within 20 min. When I returned, lackluster tech only fixed the chip couldn't be bothered to redo the entire nail. Said I should have let it dry more. Sure, it's my fault. Day 4 and 5 nails are chipped. I came in to get a French tip added to my nails, which I had done the day before. Mid-service, I was told the price would be higher than what was originally told when I arrived "because my nails were builder gel instead of acrylic" even though they were just adding the white tips and a top coat, regardless of what I had underneath. The French itself turned out good, but the unexpected price change during the service made me feel uncomfortable and a bit disappointed. It just didn't feel fair or transparent. I asked why there was an increase in price of nothing underneath it was being touched but they there was a bit of a language barrier so I ended up just paying it lol. I got my nails done about 2.5 weeks ago. Full new acrylic set with black tips. was $65. I just went to get a fill 2 days ago and it was $60. When I also called and asked how much a fill would be they said $31. I did not change the shape or length, just the color of the tip. I have never had to pay $60 for a FILL!! Save your money. The managers were amazing and called me to dispute this which was the only positive experience with this situation. There is no reason a new set and fill are basically the same price. read more

Salon has been updated to add plexi glass between each customer and even in pedicure stations. I love the owner she is very sweet, had not so great experience with another tech who got upset when I kept looking at my nails before they were finalized under the light. When I first moved to the area I went to this salon several times. An older gentleman helped me every time and he did a good job on my nails. Then, one day I went in and he was busy but assured me that another woman would be great. She was not, she was so bad, she soaked my gels for maybe 5 minutes and then hacked my nails apart. It was painful and she hacked so much of my nails off they were in terrible shape. The gel manicure I received chipped within the same day and continued to chip over the next several days. I went back and they had to fix the nails and they charged me full price, even though it had only been a few days. I left and didn't go back. I let me nails grow back and heal. This was all in 2017 August-November. Fast forward, I'm wanting to get my nails done for some pictures I have coming up, and I stop in to see if i should give them another chance. I didn't recognize anyone except for maybe 1-2 people. I had a gentleman do my mani and pedi and it's so bad. It looks like what I'm capable of doing on my own nails. There are bubbles, polish on my cuticle and skin, my cuticles look disgusting and he cut me multiple times - one of which hurts pretty bad on day 2. My toes look worse than my fingers. I could actually do a better pedicure myself, and I don't do a good pedicure (hence getting them done). I tried to give it another go, but I unfortunately will not be going back. read more

UPDATE: Linda fixed my nails today and did a wonderful job. She showed me other reds that were not see through. She mentioned while removing the original red that the gel wasnt even dried....seems like i just got stuck with a guy who doesnt know how to do nails. Hopefully he is better in the future because coming back to get my nails fixdd was not my plan especially before leaving for vacation. I came in to get a full set with regular color. The guy who did my nails seemed like it was his first time doing acrylics. I asked him to make them shorter multiple times and showed pictures of what kind of shape i wanted. Application was horrible and he did the steps all out of order. If i didnt point out the uneven ones he would've never fixed them! I asked for regular polish and they did gel, and he didnt even apply a base coat....Hope they last. My nails are see through, ive never had this issue before especially a darker pigmented color. There is polish on my hands, acrylic bits under my nails, uneven nails still and dust cured on.... The price board says $43 for full set with gel, then he charges me $50. This has become my go-to nail salon in town! The prices are reasonable in my opinion and I have never been disappointed with my service. My last gel nail set lasted me almost about 3 weeks - really great! There are also a good number of manicure and pedicure seats and several people working at all times so your wait will never be too long. read more

My first time at this nail salon. I hadn't had a manicure in a while so since it was on my way to work and found good reviews on here I decided to give it a try. I asked for dipping powder nail she instantly said $35, I agreed. She filed my nails and started dipping my nails in the powder so I asked her you don't trim cuticles anymore? She said oh that's manicure that's extra $5, I said fine (I mean come on!! my nails looked horrible if I am paying for powder polish, I might as well get my nails looking trimmed and clean, she didn't even bother to ask) so she said "I do for you" after she finished she started doing my cuticles, which made first day looks like my 4th day because of the space between the nail polish and the edge. Because of her indifferent demeanor I decided to let go and just never go back there. Notice from the pic the polish is so thick too looks like I had acrylic done. Was on vacation and needed a basic gel manicure and regular basic pedicure, my cost was $90. I was told they charge an additional $10 to remove my existing gel polish on my hands, huh?! What a rip off and the manicure and pedicure looked terrible. The massage was pointless. I would not recommend this place. I've been going here for quite some time now but my most recent visit left me unhappy. I went in for a dip powder manicure, which is what I always get. I was sat with a gentleman that I've never seen before and am unsure of his name. He worked so fast that I was in and out in 30 minutes. This is very unusual for my type of service. After leaving and thoroughly inspecting my nails, they are subpar to say the least. One nail is crooked, they aren't the same size, some were left with jagged edges (I've since filed them on my own), and my pinkie nail is too thick. Every other time I've gotten my nails done the techniciam takes time to ensure the nails aren't "bulging" and thick towards the cuticle, but not this time. As soon as my nails start to grow out its going to look like I have growths on my nail beds. I'm only leaving this review in hopes that someone that owns this nail salon will see that one of their male technicians needs a refresher course in how to properly do nails. I'm quite embarrassed of how my nails look but will have to live with them for another 2 1/2 weeks. I didn't and don't want to complain to the establishment in person because I will go back and see a different nail tech; I will never let that man near my nails again! read more

I usually go to them to get my nails done and they usually do good enough for me, however this time was horrible. The lady gave me a really good pedicure, no complaints there. When it came to my nails she was rushing. She didn't buff around my nails like they usually do to smooth out the edges. I had to pull out all the loose scraggly pieces out the inside of the nails myself. She asked me to pay before she painted so my nails wouldn't get ruined so I did and I gave her a tip which I regret now; $80 down the drain. When she got ready to paint she was going so fast and didn't take the time to paint it correctly and make sure the full nail was painted nice. She didn't even add a top coat to my nails. Then while my nails were drying she got up and started cleaning the area and was gone for a while. When she came back, I asked her if she was going to add a top coat and buff my nails she said she did already and I said no you added top coat to my toes not my finger nails and she again said she did and then she told me to let my nails dry. Thinking she was going to come back I waited there for a while and I think she left because she never came back out. Worst experience ever! They look ok from a far but I am going to a new nail salon to see if they can correct her work with out me having to get them done all over again. So dissatisfied. read more

So I decided to try this place out because they had some pretty good reviews and I saw a review of pink ombré chrome nails and I asked for that in purple I'll show that in the first picture and when she tried to ombré it there was no ombré just a straight line of chrome so I asked her to fix it and she just brought the chrome up higher so I asked her to just do full chrome and as you can see from the pictures you can still see the purple underneath and she charged me $60 for it and never told me it would be more for full chrome and when I asked for my money back or part of my money back because I didn't like the nails she said no. i went here for the first time on Friday and I got my nails done. The person doing my nails caused my fingers to bleed three times in three different places. My natural nails were long enough to get what I wanted so we use gel because I wanted a nice design for a special event. two days later my nails started breaking. When we went back they charge me eight dollars to take off all of my long nails and put clear polish. The lady gave me attitude, did not cut my nails even nor takeoff all the polish. Under the clear nail polish there are still bits and pieces of my old color. She rushed her job and it didn't turn out good. because she rushed she ended up hurting my fingers more then before. read more

The entire time I was having my nails done my technician was gabbing with another technician standing next to her! I'll probably go back again but here's some cons: -before the tech started sculpting the acrylics on (so only the fake nail was attached at the bottom of my nail) I asked if she can quickly cut my cuticles. They were practically half off! Nope. She couldn't. Something about I should have spoken up sooner cause the thin clear polish is already on. SERIOUSLY?? You can put polish on again if you need to. At least ask your customer before you get to the point that you can't if they want it cut. I started chewing some off with my own teeth. Thanks a lot.. -I left with glue and polish still on my skin. -you can't see it that much in pictures but one nail is crooked. Like she filed one of the sides wayyyy to much. -it was a quiet session. I haven't had my nails done since January (mind you I would avidly get them done every two weeks) because everywhere I tried would mess up my nails every single time. Be it my nails being crooked, style way off, or the quality of the nails themselves. I walked in without an appointment on a Thursday afternoon and was seated immediately with a nail tech who I believe is named Cindy. I informed her that I wanted a thinner coffin style (whenever I just say coffin the nails look bulky and I don't like them). She was kind and boy did she deliver! I was really hoping to love this place after reading all the reviews, but sadly, it was not meant to be for me. I dragged my husband in for his monthly pedi (uh, yeah, I should probably just do it myself, but his feet are not even on the top 50 things I love about that man). We both were seated fairly quickly considering they were slammed busy. We ordered a higher level pedicure, but as is typical, the shop was overbooked, so we didn't get what we paid for. My feet were grated down so aggressively that I couldn't put weight on my right foot for 2 days. My heel split open on the way back to the car because I had almost no skin left. I would give them one star for that alone had they not had such wonderfully kind technicians. I would say just never go to this place when they're busy.
