Excellent physical therapy office. I was rehabbing from a broken ankle surgery and searching for a PT location close to home. A friend who had a knee replacement recommended M & M PT. In specific he said try to work with Mike, if possible. I actually waited about a month to start with Mike. I went in using a walker for stability and balance and 5 months later walked out on my own power, playing pickleball again. Mike is very knowledgeable in treating the whole body, but in particular legs, feet, and ankles. He put considerable pressure working my ankle just a little bit more each time. I also felt he understood the emotional trauma that I had experienced, being in a wheelchair for 9 weeks, and transitioning into the walker, then ankle brace, and finally walking unassisted. Mike, Pam, Erin, and Vanessa have created a "family vibe" office atmosphere. I highly recommend M & M PT, and Mike in particular. read more

Over the past 6 years have rehabbed a torn calf muscle, ACL sprain, meniscus tear and most recently full knee replacement. Finding a PT shop with therapists' you trust to actually provide a focused structure for you and your injury is ridiculously challenging. Mike, Pam, Owen and Teddy are the A-Team. Proof was hitting my 4 month (and a week) of getting back on golf course after full knee!!! Can't say enough about this place.... Highly recommend. read more

Ive been waiting to write this review once my therapy was done but I can't. I had a severe break in my leg and knee. To say this place saved me is not saying enough. They have been the light in the darkness. I know that sounds dramatic, but my situation was bad. Not only has Pam helped me physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. Their staff is AMAZING and I never feel like I'm just "working on my own" as I've heard about other locations. As a runner with some soreness in my hip flexor, Mike was able to provide great care and get me back out running after only a few visits. He was very attentive in our first session to understand what I was dealing with and recommended several exercises and stretches to help expedite the healing process. Everyone at M&M is very helpful and they have a really great atmosphere in the office. It's one of those places that you don't want to be visiting very often because of the nature of their work, but if you are unfortunate enough to need care then this is the place to go. read more

I was apprehensive about going to physical therapy for a back injury that was becoming chronic. After more than 20 years of intermittent pain I went to M&M and immediately wished I hadn't waited. M&M has a very professional environment, caring attitude by the entire staff, and the quality of the care was excellent. Mike was very patient going over his recommendations. Pam & Mike make going to PT enjoyable. I had a meniscus and ACL tear and wasn't allowed to weight bare for 6 weeks. It was a tough time in my life as I am Avery active individual and was working. The highlights of my day was going to PT. The staff and the other clients made me feel some what whole again and made me not only physically stronger with each visit but mentally also. Physical therapy was fine but I was not happy when Molly, their biller, called to let me know she was about to send my account to collections. I have great credit and was never informed during my sessions that I had an outstanding balance. The staff at M & M Physical Therapy is extremely professional, knowledgeable, & friendly. I had shoulder surgery to repair a rotator cuff tear & remove bone spurs. My recovery time was 12 weeks. Mike was my P.T., but I was able to see/hear Pam in action as well. Erin was always pleasant & helpful in working with my schedule for making appointments. I also worked with Trevor & Kay. I've been to other places for PT in my life and had bad experiences at them all. I was skeptical as I entered PT for yet another sport-related injury. M&M came highly recommended from my new Sports Medicine Dr. This place is exactly what you need for your PT. There's a high level of professionalism hidden behind the welcoming, motivating atmosphere that this place exudes. You will look forward to coming here a few times a week for the next few months. I've been here twice in the past few years. An elbow injury that hung around for years was fixed in a few months seeing Mike 2-3 times a week and having him shame me into doing the prescribed at-home work. The 2nd was a sprained MCL that Mike worked me thru in about 6 weeks constantly pushing me and adjusting my workouts and treatments to help me reach my goals of not only being pain free but understanding how to continue to strengthen without re-injuring it. I had tried it on my own and had just made it worse. This family-run business has a winning formula for you. They know their stuff (decades of experience). They have built a welcoming, comfortable environment. PT works better and faster if you do your work at home and they will help motivate you to do it. No one wants to get hurt and go to physical therapy, but if you have to, this is the place to go. I suffered a possible meniscus tear/tracking disorder issue in my knee, and have other leg and foot issues that sort of put me in the complex patient category. M&M got me back on my feet, so to speak, and my legs are in the best shape they have been in a decade. I have had a lot of doctors and other medical professionals look at me over the last 25+ years, and I never received the personal attention like I did at M&M. Mike, Pam, and their staff (Krystal, Trevor, Erin, and the aids) are very professional, and convey a highly positive atmosphere for their patients. I learned a lot about myself during the process and they made sure that I went out the door with a plan for the future to keep myself healthy and injury-free with a work-out program specifically tailored to me.
