Great business! I came here when my tire blew and while I would usually go to Discount Tires, the wait there was 4 hours. I couldn't do that and realized that I should just look into a small, local business. I read the reviews on Yelp, and decided to come here. I believe it is Father and Son owned, and they were super helpful. He was able to replace the tire and fill up all four tires with air, getting me out of there in no time. I got a flat tire and needed it to be repaired or replaced. I called M and M Tires and asked if they could check my tire to see what they could do. I came in around 4:30??pm on a Thursday. Didn't seem too busy. They do share a lot with a couple of other businesses! So keep note: there is no visible office/reception area for M and M! It's right next to Rocky's. I was kindly directed to Miguel of M and M by a Rocky's employee. I gave Miguel my tire and he checked if it could be repaired or not. He called me over and showed me exactly what was wrong and why it could not be patched :'( unfortunately they did not have the correct tire size for my car (which I was already made aware of before coming in), but Miguel was able to order one that evening and quickly replaced it the next day! I called to have my tires balanced as I had just had my front axels replaced and was experiencing some shaking when reaching higher speeds on the freeway, everywhere I called said at least 2-3 hours but when I called a very friendly voice picked up and said he could take me in right now if I could make it down as he didn't have any cars waiting, I was so grateful! When I arrived they greeted me very friendly, offered me a cold water bottle and a few different spots I could sit in out of the heat and with social distancing! We had an emergency flat tire on our low profile run-flat tire. We called Big O's and they immediately said they couldn't help us. So we called M and M, explained our dilemma and they said to come on in. As soon as we arrived they were so friendly and accommodating. We told them that we drove from the valley to Long Beach just for the day and they offered us cold bottled waters and access to their restroom. After examining our tire we found out it wasn't fixable. But instead of leaving us high and dry like the "Big guys" did they were able to find a tire for us on the spot, charged us $40 and got us out of there within 15 minutes. I just want to start by saying the reliability and customer service alone is exceptionally outstanding! I had an issue with the drive shaft in my vehicle about 9/10 months ago, went to M and M tires to get it fixed and they had a new part on the next business day! Everything went smoothly no problems at all until now when the same part had to be replaced. No fault on their end because I do travel a lot with this vehicle. However, I knew exactly who to call when the issue started to occur. Carlos being the excellent mechanic he is instantaneously knew how to resolve the issue. Luckily, the part had a warranty and the labor cost was waived because the part itself was defective on the manufacturer's end. I appreciate this business so much for keeping their word and being very prompt when it comes to getting the work done that's needed! This place was a life saver. We got a flat on our rv while parked overnight at our hotel. I called them to see if they could come out and do a mobile repair. They were very friendly and sent Miguel out to us within 10 mins. He was very honest and upfront. Got our tire fixed and got us back on the road. They did not once try to up sell me to a new tire. Miguel and his son, Ramiro, are kind, courteous, and very knowledgeable. They were able to patch the hole in my tire very quickly and even put air in the spare to the proper PSI. I was in and out in 10 minutes, and the price was reasonable. I had initially intended to go to Costco, but I am so glad I chose to check out M and M Tires. My Fit loves to notify me when the tire pressure is off, so every couple of months I would see the little light asking for my attention, but when I started seeing the light about every week, I knew sumthin was surriously wrong. It turned out the driver side left wheel was dented from the inside, so it kept releasing air from the tire. I Googled "repair for Honda Fit wheel," & these guys popped up. I called the shop & spoke to the son Miguel, & he gave me a decent price & said he would have it ready for me by the end of the day if I dropped it off soon (it was 1:30). I picked up my car before 6pm & the wheel was as good as new. Papa & son are so cool & friendly- dad Miguel & I bonded over our Ubering experiences & son Miguel gave me some tips to prevent the same ish from happening again. I got a flat driving home and Siri told me I was 1.5 miles from M&M. I limped into the shop on a flat. Both Miguel and Miguel (father and son) were absolutely delightful to me. They didn't have the exact tire I needed in stock, but said they could get it and have the car ready by 10am the next day. I was fine with that. I was ready to call Lyft when Miguel Sr. offered to give me a ride home (a couple miles away). I was very surprised and gratefully accepted.
