I really like this particular location. Please don't change, keep your standards of service,…read morequality, and integrity high. They are always helpful & friendly, they really do care about their customers safety on the road. They have good options, quality, values, and warranty options available. They will also service you just as good if you aren't there to spend, any or much money on new tires, rims etc. If you just want to have your air pressure checked, they got you & it's a little drive through part just for this you don't even have to get out of your car. If you have a hole in your tire that's fixable they will fix it & you won't have to wait forever (unless of course very busy can take longer) you can make appt or walk in. Their appointment process is easy & can get you in most of the time with flexible& quick if setting appointment or again can walk in. They're not going to try to upsell you or tell you it's anything other than what the issue is, in my experience with them. Say you have a slow leak and it is repairable you don't have to worry about them saying it's in an area that has to have the whole tire replaced etc they are honest! Huge deal for me in today's world.. I recently brought 2 tires from discount tire center ugh. I confused them with American tires because in Colorado & a few other states discount tire is the same company as, American tire in California is. Anytime,Id try to stop in to discount tire center to have my air pressure checked or if I had a slow leak once after buying 2 tires from them & wanted to see where it was coming from, discount would make me wait forever 2hr for slow leak (discount) & with warranty, but would pay all the attention to people potentially buying tires & let their customers who had already spent money, but there were just there for a little quick basic service (free services w warranty) stuff like this & make wait for hours, in my experience. I was telling American tire about this and how I just didn't like to have to go in there and deal with them for those 2 tires I got from them.. He said we can put your 2 tires under warranty for $25 each with us (American tires) even though, I bought them at discount tire center. Great! I paid for this & bought two new tires from America tires this day also, for a good price, decent brand, all weather tires. They are so helpful, and now, I'm able to have all my tires serviced here at American tires with warranty even though two were bought elsewhere, with small fee for warranty. Last unlike neighborhood tire shops they have America tire across the country so if you happen to be out of town & something comes up you can most likely find an America tires, and remember in certain states they are discount tires, but will never be called discount tire center! America tires or discount tires in certain states, no center at the end of name. I highly recommend & especially this particular location. I've always had really good experiences here.

I didn't want to risk it. Anyway, I take the car in for my appointment and meet Nathan. Professional, efficient, etc. He advised me that patching/plugging a tire is free which I didn't realize. Pleasant surprise! He also let me know about my tire condition for all fours and let me know what replacing two rears would cost (performance tires = replace same side/size at a time). But here's the thing, he provided the info but there wasn't an uncomfortable hard sell. He was professional and comprehensive but at no time did I feel like I was being sweated or pressured. In fact, I remember sitting there thinking, "huh, well heck maybe I'll just buy them here when the time comes!" That's solely because Nathan came at me as a professional, with expertise, a calm composed demeanor, and information (not a pitch). As someone who has worked in the auto industry, including as a senior executive, it was so refreshing to be in a space seeing a young professional with a passion and expertise for his craft. Delivering it in a way that wasn't to aggressively close a deal but foster a relationship that would create a long term commitment to the brand. America's Tire, pay attention! All-in-all, I was impressed and my expectations were exceeded. Well done Nathan!

They responded quickly, were courteous, and didn't try to tack on a diagnostic fee just to take a look. When I dropped off the car, the technician walked me through their process, starting with the bulbs before moving into any potential electrical issues (which I really appreciated.) It ended up being the simplest fix: both bulbs were burned out. They had everything replaced within a few hours. Fair pricing, clear communication, and no upselling. I'll definitely be back for future repairs. Side note- they have the cutest shop kitten. ‍

They said they could and gave me a timeline for working on the vehicle that matched my needs. While I appreciate them getting me in on short notice, they consistently over-promised and under-delivered on when they would be able to work on my vehicle. They were able to diagnose a couple of leaks that they thought were the problem and sent me photos to show me what they were looking at. In the past when I've left my car at this shop for work they sent over a detailed estimate before starting the work, but this time I only received the verbal estimate over the phone. I drive an old car, which isn't worth much, and I did let the person know that I wasn't interested in investing more in repairs than the vehicle is worth. As it was, the two leaks were just over $1K to fix, and I OK'd the work to begin. After fixing the first two leaks, they then came back and told me there was a third leak, which would require a more major repair to the transmission and they would have to have their transmission person (who wasn't there that weekend) send me an estimate the next day. While I understand that it's plausible that the third leak wasn't something they could have originally diagnosed, it felt a bit weird that the photo they used to show me the leak was one of the original photos they had sent before starting any work. If the leak was visible in that photo, I'm unclear why they couldn't have diagnosed it earlier. The added cost of this additional repair definitely tips the scales of worth-it/not-worth-it to repair vs replace this car, so I wish I had had all the information before deciding to make the initial repairs. Unfortunately, despite stabilizing the ATF level, fixing the leaks did not resolve the transmission issue. On a smaller scale, they didn't check or top up the tire pressure, which most mechanics I've gone to have done as a courtesy when working on my vehicle. The day after I picked up my car the tire pressure light went on, and when I checked my tires all four of them had low pressure. It's a small thing, but especially when dealing with expensive mechanical items like cars, the small things matter a lot in creating a sense of security and trust with your mechanic. They did mention that they were under new management since the last time I had been in, which may account for the different experiences.

What should've been a straightforward job turned into two long visits and a list of issues I'm still dealing with. Visit 1: The install took about 8 hours because the team couldn't figure out how to mount the reservoir brackets. After multiple attempts, they ended up zip‑tying the reservoirs to the frame and hoses. I was told to come back another day once they ordered proper mounts. Visit 2: Another 6-7 hours in the shop. One of the new King shocks was leaking, so they had to run to the King warehouse a couple miles away to swap it out. After everything was installed, I later found out they had put on a front King KDSS setup -- even though my TRD Pro is non‑KDSS. No one mentioned this to me at any point. Before leaving, I checked over the work myself and found the passenger‑side top hat bolts were loose. The crew came out and tightened everything, but that shouldn't be something a customer has to catch. In the days, weeks, and months after the install, more issues showed up: * The uniball cap on the Camburg UCA wasn't installed. To their credit, they shipped the part quickly once I called. * Because they installed a KDSS setup on a non‑KDSS vehicle, the reservoir mount and hose were positioned incorrectly, causing rubbing on the coil and spring. Unfortunately, after multiple attempts to resolve these issues with the shop, I've come to accept that nothing will be fixed on their end. At this point, the responsibility and the cost is on me to correct their mistakes.
