Alex, called me immediately to see if he could help, inquired about what needed to be fixed, and was extremely responsive after I provided pictures. Unfortunately, Alex will not be able to assist in the repairs, since he does not replace drywall or the "siding" issue since it has to be replaced by panels. The reason I am writing the review is because he was honest about what he and his team were qualified and capable of doing, and didn't try to do a money grab like many contractors are doing with the house damages all around Houston. They did a rushed, sloppy inspection and refused to look inside for hidden damage. They promised a video and a detailed estimate via email, but it has been a month and they have ghosted my emails. They hold your storm damage photos hostage to pressure you into a contract. Find an honest local contractor instead. Total bait-and-switch scheme! This company advertises a 'Free Estimate' to get their foot in your door. But once they inspect the storm damage, they hold the estimate, photos, and videos hostage. They refuse to send the paperwork via email unless you meet them in person to sign a binding contract. A real free estimate doesn't require a signed contract. They are dishonest, shady, and unprofessional. Avoid them!

The good stuff. 1) they had a quote to me in less than two days. No personal contact needed. 2) the quote was the same or lower as I had gotten from other companies. The upgrade was only $500 more. 3) they suggested three options which reduced my buyers anxiety 4) they gave discounts 5) when I finally returned my contract, they called the next day and scheduled for two days later 6) they came on Friday and left on Friday. And done. I got lucky but WOW, my neighbors love me. My yard was immaculate. In fact, I think it looked better...but seriously, one day!! (They did estimate 1-1/2 days but Jonathon miraculously got extra guys in, so don't get too excited for 1 day like my neighbors and me!) 7) I paid my bill timely and got GORGEOUS red roses that made my boyfriend jealous. I like to feel like I'm special, so - to even the playing field - Rose Roofing is hereby obligated to send roses. I'm certainly excited that I'll be using them again soon. We'll I had 2 antennas and I thought they were asking me about some piece left behind on the old antenna, so I said yes you can as part of it was already taken down. So I come home later and my satellite Dish is gone..no TV service. I call Rose Roofing and ask why they took it down and they said because you said so. So was a miscommunication BUT they said it was my fault that they did nothing wrong. So I have to call DISH to come out and install another one and I have to PAY for it and wait a couple days before they can come. I'm upset because it was a miscommunication and they would not own up to 50% of it. I don't need them to pay for a new antenna, I just wanted them to acknowledge it was partially their fault. I really don't want to invite a company with no integrity back to do any roofing work on my home.

We used AHR Roofing to do a completely new TPO roof replacement for a standalone building for our…read morebusiness. The owner, Alex, was very responsive at first. When the roof was completed, I did a walk through of the TPO material and asked why some major parts felt loose and was told him and his team that the adhesive would adhere later. It just needed some time. It never did. We also used the team he had subcontracted the work to, to install a new gutter. The nightmare really started a few months after the work had been completed. Heavy rain came and we noticed leaks in several spots inside our building above the breaker box and our kitchen hood vent and some spots closer to the front. Turns out his crew, which he subcontracted the work to, had not properly sealed some areas above our breaker box and didn't reattach the screws to our hood vent fan covers on the roof so they had their lids blown off from wind. Even the base of our units on the roof were missing ALL screws to keep them attached. Stay away from this company. Their work is on our business was incredibly bad, which caused further leaks after the fact and now they will not show up for the promised 20 year warranty. Our TPO roof has gaps many areas and it is bubbling everywhere. We have made multiple requests other the months to the owner, Alex Herrera, but he always finds an excuse to say our gutter caused the issues from his shoddy work. We have had several independent contractors review the TPO roof AHR Roofing installed and they all said the it is bad workmanship which is causing our continued leaks and has nothing to do with our gutter. We have multiple text messages to show how Alex is avoiding to fix his roof work under warranty by trying to blame it on a gutter we installed by it using another company.

At the time I made that proposal, I had not yet consulted with an attorney and was not fully aware of my legal rights. My offer was made in good faith in an effort to resolve this dispute. FairClaims did not accept or respond to that proposal at the time, the company ghosted me for over a year. The amount I offered would not even cover the cost of correcting the installation deficiencies & hiring qualified contractors to complete the outstanding work that FairClaims was paid to perform. FairClaims requested mediation, and I responded with a good-faith settlement proposal in the hope of resolving this matter. If Fairclaims Roofing / FCR Services is a honest company, they would want to do right thing, They would agree to a fair and reasonable settlement: 1) refund for work they failed to do and incorrect installation 2) cover all repairs and all outstanding work, however, based on the unreasonable settlement offer I recently received, I do not believe that their request for mediation was made in good faith to resolve this dispute, If this matter proceeds to litigation, when I am successful, I intend to seek all damages and remedies available under applicable law, including attorney's fees, costs, and any other relief authorized by law including RCAT and DTPA claims.

We…read morepurchased the model home in Thousand Oaks Magnolia called The Thousand Oaks, a modern farmhouse. Initially the transaction was superb, and we were really excited to own the beautiful home. We have more rooms within the house that leak due to a poor roofing subcontractor (Fairclaims Roofing) than we have dry rooms that has failed to remedy the situation in visiting the house and repairing it at least 8 times. Each time we paid for the visit to the roofing subcontractor the builder said they used. The owner, Justin, company came out a couple times but was as incompetent in recommending a fix and identifying the problem as the crew was installing the roof. His excuses were blaming it on the design of the house, the builder built this as a model home so the roof was not done with the right quality, and the builder was not willing to pay for the correct materials, etc. Moving forward from that mess we had independent roofing inspectors individually inspect the leaking areas and the entirety of the roof. Well, it comes to find out that our shingles would not even pass a warranty because the roof was not properly installed and the granularization of the shingles showed they were too old and improperly stored prior to installation. PLEASE NOTE: This was two different independent inspectors that noted the EXACT SAME THING.....you need a new roof due to the poor craftsmanship on the roof and how can you warranty something that was never done right in the first place.
