I was with a friend and he surprised me by purchasing a jacket from this store that I in love with but couldn't really afford. She quoted a price about twice that of the garment when new. When we declined and headed toward the door, she said "I can do better!" She was able to come back today the next day (wednesday) and she just wanted to exchange then for the same pants that didn't have a missing button. They refused to exchange them and charged her the $1.80 and told her since it isn't senior Tuesday today that there was nothing they could do. There is always something you can do. I don't think that's right. My mom is on a fixed income and doesn't buy things for herself often. Sure it's only $1.80 but my mom was clearly upset about it and $1.80 makes a difference for some people.
