My objection was to not being able to use a secured website and being forced to provide a credit card number to someone who is very hostile on the phone. 4. They demanded immediate payment with 3.5% debit card fee which doesn't leave me an option to pay by a check even though their invoice states 5 day grace period. Original review: The office staff was rude and unprofessional. The lady called me while I was out of town and immediately started arguing with me, demanding I pay them right away without any proof that the work was even done. They run everything like it's still 2005 -- they can't even send a simple link to pay with a credit card. They also charge a 3.5% fee for using a credit card, but that fee doesn't even show up on the receipt. Pretty scammy if you ask me.

They took down our tree, raked all the loose leaves, then used a leaf blower to clear the sidewalk and my driveway. They were done within the hour. They did a tremendous job. Out of the 8 places I called, they were the most reasonable. This was after a big storm when some places try to overcharge for tree removal. They are super busy so it will take a few tries to reach out to them, but they are worth the extra effort. HIGHLY Recommend!!!

This is a relatively small thing considering the job came out almost perfectly, and that is why the review is 5 stars anyways, this is not a reason to not use the company, it's advice to the company on how to improve further. I struggled to understand the main gentleman's English (and I don't speak Spanish), I always feel bad and try my best, but it was a struggle for me. There was another guy who spoke pretty clearly and was clearly bilingual who came up later, and he was easier for me to understand, less accent, spoke more clearly/loudly. I don't think anything bad should happen to the main gentleman who was spearheading the communications, I am very satisfied with basically everything, I just wanted to clarify about how I wasn't sure I was understood or that I was understanding him at times. At one point I was second-guessing if he understood what I wanted done... I did actually go outside and check to make sure they weren't cutting the entire trees down instead of doing the planned reduction due to a misunderstanding. That's a concern you can avoid customers having by improving verbal communication, and potentially adding some written communication at the front of the service (it was a pre-existing quote, the quote had multiple prices/quotes on it. It only came out at the end, and i had to supply it as the customer). There was a very small disagreement about one tree limb at the end that was still kind of overhanging the house. They decided it was healthy and didn't need to be cut, but frankly it's a branch and leaves that will distribute themselves right over my house and into my gutter. It's by far the closest remaining branch and will probably be the first limb to cause me to need to get my trees trimmed next time. By the time it came up at the end, all the equipment was packed and most of the guys were not around, so the limb was left on. I felt like I was told that they were going to do a "looks good" with me before we called it quits, but I guess this was maybe slightly miscommunicated..
