This is my second post for this shop. My daughter's car was in an accident. It was not her fault. So we received a check to get it repaired. We took it to M & S and they said this was NOT enough to repair it correctly because the adjuster did not do a correct assessment. So M & S stepped in and took care of the relationship with the insurance company and was able to get the additional funds to correctly repair the car. They did a wonderful job on the car as well. My bumper is slightly dented from hitting a rock. Since I don't have comprehensive coverage, I asked my buddy Kenny, a car expert, for a referral. He told me M n S collision is the best. I got a same day free estimate which is very reasonable. I brought my car in next day and gave it to Sean to take care of it. They finished the job very promptly. No only that, they told me the job wad very easy so they ended up charging only half of the original estimate. Wow. I certainly is delighted. Not the place to do any business. They certainly don't do a good job. You will be required to go back to fix things after you get your car back, don't expect they will take care of issues all at once, you need to have enough time to keep going back to them as they need to offer a warranty( part of Farmers Insurance policy) on the work they do. On Saturday, that Fourth of July weekend, I was in a rush to go with my family to Yosemite. A huff and a huff, packing clothes and the cooler. Since, I was going to be gone for a couple of days, I decided to move my car from one side of the driveway to the other to make it easier to access one side of the drive way...and behold...I crashed into my own fence, just moving the car. I'm such a dum dum. So, bumper detached and scratches on my car, I needed to get my car fixed up and made up spankin new. After five estimates, I settled on M & S Collision. They were awsome. A week after I had my accident, some 18 yr old kid drove through a stop sign and hit my mom's car. So, my mom's car needed fixing up too. BOTH my car and my mom's car were at the same shop. I used my grandma's car for couple of days, while my mom had a rental. They gave my mom a ride to my work with my car, and left with my grandma's car. And a super plus, they did an oil change on my grandma's car. All three cars taken care of and given a lil TLC. After the repairs, I fell in love with my car again. Oh how I love my car. read more

I must drop the review down to 1 star after couple months later. I went into another body shop today to check on our other car which was being fixed. The guy was checking out my car and he immediately found the paint problems on the car. M&S not only messed up on painting, by overspraying on certain areas of the bumper and side wheel fender. but they use cheap quality paint and did not buff the metal before hand. My shop pointed out all these fisheye bubbles on the hood, bumper and also stated how thin the paint was. no wonder everytime a rock hit the front bumper or hood, it's 100% that i'm going to get a paint chip. i will need to find time to have them fix this or i'll need to contact AAA for some help not recommended for paint jobs or body work. read more

If you look from the side, they blended the paint color and shape perfectly. While there, I also had them redo some front-end damage and upgrade my old headlights. I could not be happier I ran across this shop! I had been putting off getting my side mirror and window fixed due to cost on a college student budget. I stopped in here to get a quote since it was near my work. They were so kind! Eric welcomed me and I was introduced to Willie who also helped me through the process. They were so understanding about my budget and called 4 different junk yards to try to find the parts I needed to save me some cash! They also offered to paint my new parts to make my car beautiful again. After dropping my car off, they drove me to work, and offered to drop my car off since I had to work late after they closed. Our Honda Odyssey van door literally came off its track. When we called the dealership, they were ready to charge us $160 just for a diagnosis. The last time we went to the dealership about our door (before it came off the track) they told us it'd be about $2000 to repair because we'd need a new door. M&S worked on it for an hour, and only charged us for that time, and got the door back on safely very quickly, which saved us tons of money and time! We are so relieved and thankful! We will go back there if we get the part we need and they will fix the door for us for a minimal cost as well, rather than us getting a whole new door for $2000+ at the dealership. Unfortunately 2 years later, I got into an accident with my front right bumper. Since I was paying out of my own pocket on this one, I was expecting to pay around $850 dollars, but since I was a returning customer, Eric gave me a discount of 10%. Then, he gave me another option that was much cheaper and cut the price a lot and even recommend I did the cheaper option and told me the warnings. Very honest guy which I liked too and that is why I went back. They gave me a ride back to my work place. They had the car done within 2 days as expected and even washed my car. I've had the pleasure of dealing with these guys, as they are a) local and b) recommended by my insurance company. The work they have done was superb -- there were some deep, ugly scratches in the paint but after the repair they disappeared. But lots of shops can do computer color matching and put down a nice coat of color and clearcoat. What made working with M&S great was they were genuinely nice people to deal with -- none of the surly, withdrawn, difficult mechanic type I've had to put up with before. M & S Collision was fantastic! Someone had hit the bumper of my Subaru Forester while it was parked and actually left a hole in it, in addition to several scrape marks. Tony at M & S Collision ordered the parts needed immediately even though I brought the car in on a Friday very close to the end of the work day. He then found that the estimate done by my insurance company approved-estimator had omitted a couple of things He contacted my insurance company, arranged for the additional work to be done and had the car back to me in 3 days. It looks like new. When M& S received my supplemental insurance check, it was made payable to both M&S and my husband. Tony actually drove to our house to have my husband sign the check! I was involved in an accident. My car got rear-ended and the trunk and rear bumper got badly damaged. M & S is an authorized center for my insurance (Farmers) and they directly make the decision about what needs to be done etc. I worked with Todd from the Scott Blvd center. Todd was very helpful from day one till the end. On the first day he patiently explained me all that needs to be done to the car and also any formalities to be done with the insurance company. While the car was with them I got regular call and emails from Todd letting me know the updates on my car. They also washed the car before return :). The car looks same as earlier now and it's been only a day but I don't see any issues. Thankfully this turned out to be a much smoother experience than I earlier thought. read more
