I recently hit my car and needed to replace my bumper and rim. I was in contact with Scott and he was able to get me a same day appointment for a quote. I haven't had many accidents so it was nice that Scott guided me for filing claims, payments, etc. Turn around time for my car was estimated to be 2-3 days. I reached out to premier body shop to see if they could install a front splitter on my Corolla. The owner Scott told me to drop by for an in person quote. I received my quote and was on the books for 2 weeks later. The day of my appointment I drop my car off along with the part and the team arranges a car free of charge to drop me off at my work place while it's being worked on. The job was quoted to take 2 hours but it ended up taking 6! This was due to the lack of instructions that came with the part and the complexity of the kit. When the vehicle was finished they sent a vehicle back to get me. Although the job took 4 hours longer than originally quoted, Scott honored our original 2 hour quote and only charged me for two hours! I've never been to a shop with such a selfless owner. On top of that their installer, I think his name is Juan, did an amazing job given the lack of instructions. The whole team left me with such a positive experience I am making them my default go to body shop and telling whoever I can about them. Scott always picked up the phone and I was never put to vm. Their prices are very fair and the team seems up for any challenge. Don't expect a same day appointment as they're pretty booked but there's a clear reason why. Best place! I wanted to install a trim element that did not go with my car's trim but with the upper trim. Everything looked possible except the brackets are usually installed at factory before the car is painted. I have been to half a dozen 5* places and after going back and forth they have refused to do this because they never did this before. The only option was to drill the car to install 3rd party trim. Scott and the guys from Premier did a real research, investigated multiple options, and finally imitated the factory build: spot remove the paint, spot weld the brackets in place, preventing the paint around from going brown, then spot paint the brackets over. The result is indistinguishable from the factory work and I have a higher trim car :) The price was quite reasonable and the work was done very fast. During the process they explained every detail and every option they have considered. Total transparency and no BS. Impressive work! read more
