While their price is not the cheapest, if you need to pay out of pocket, the workmanship is fabulous. They only use manufacturer suggested parts and fix the car to how it should be orginally. They are responsive, on time with the repair as they don't take in too many works all at the same time. They also take care of customers if customers need to pick up a rental by driving you directly to the car rental place, instead of you waiting for a pick up.

Compared to two other shops I got quotes from, John's quote was the lowest price. He also did a great job of keeping me updated throughout the repair. The final paint job was completely flawless. On a separate note, my car has a 360 degree surround view camera system, and one of the cameras is mounted on the side mirror, which needed to be removed during paint blending and reattached afterwards. This meant that German Auto Body needed to take the car to the dealership (Lexus Stevens Creek) for calibration to correctly line up the image from the reinstalled mirror camera to the whole image captured by the three other cameras. The dealership's calibrations did not correctly line up the final image (I have my doubts if they even ran the calibrations at all, as the image looked identical before and after), but they still charged for the calibrations (gave a typical BS answer that everything was "in spec"). However German Auto Body agreed that the calibrations did nothing and therefore they chose to absorb the cost of the calibrations from the dealer and did not charge me. John and tech Jose were able to work with me to mechanically (manually) adjust the side mirror to line up the 360 view image. I greatly appreciated the efforts that went into resolving this. Base on my experience, I believe that German Auto Body is an honest, customer service oriented, and skilled body shop. Would highly recommend them. This would be my go to shop if I ever needed future auto body repairs.

I do not have the ability to return due to my travel schedule, which I clearly communicated from the start. The issue is not that the work wasn't done--it's that I was led to believe it would be. Had they been upfront about their capacity, I would have gone elsewhere to avoid being put in this stressful situation right before a long drive. Extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency and reliability. I would not return based on this experience.

I had to emergency stop by Kim's auto body in Cupertino and the kind receptionist lady was able to help me secure a diagnosis in 15 minutes. Another lady was able to help me remove the panel as a temporary measure until I was able to get it replaced. I had already scheduled with Tesla the next day and needed it quick and was unable to do my replacement with Kim's. They didn't even charge me for the removal of the front panel on a last minute notice and I had offered to pay for their time. It was a quick panel removal and she said don't worry about it. I got to speak with Sal during drop off. He took a look at the wheel and said that while the damaged looked rough, they would be able to make it look "pretty" good. He was straight forward on what they could and couldn't do in terms of reshaping the lip and matching the paint. This was an understatement, when I came to pick up the wheels, I could not even tell where the original damage was. These guys worked magic. I did end up finding some spots that had some minor paint pooling when drying but they were quick to schedule a follow up for touchups. I got to speak with Francisco for a bit as well and he was also great to work with. If you have expensive forged wheels that need repair and want a shop that offers fantastic repair service, great communication, and very reasonable pricing this place is it.

Took my neglected minivan to Bloom through a referral for brake service. The guys gave me a a competitive quote for parts and labor. I was also allowed to inspect my own car, where I found oil leak from the engine. During the inspection they also reminded me that many of the lights are not working and offered the help to fix it. My bumper had a big dent, and when I enquired, they promised to fix it as well. The guy said, he has a hot gun and that would bring the plastic back to it normal shape, as this is a common observation on Siennas. One of the partner gave me ride back home and offered me an uber service to pick me up. Well, I was able to arrange a ride for pickup, but they impressed me with the service. Rarely seen. This is my first review on yelp, only because of professional request from bloom to review on Yelp. The only thing that I found wanted is the waiting room has all the furniture, it requires more attention to make the few minute wait a bit more pleasant. Don't get me wrong, it is still one the best than other independent shops I have seen. Also most of the work performed for me was a typical maintenance work, so not sure of their expertise in complicated issues and diagnostics, But I did found one BMW with Engine being replaced on the other lift. BTW, these guys are ex IT pros and they brought many skills from their past professions in this business. Overall, it was a like fresh breath of air after a long time. The most important thing we look for in an auto service and repair is reliability, quality, cost-effectiveness and convenience and Bloom Auto Collision & Repair has all of them. I have tried several service centers across US but at Bloom Auto I feel the most comfortable. The personal touch which the owner Mr Salman gives is unique. He can go at length to listen to you patiently and would try his best to address your concerns. I have been going to Bloom Auto for around 4 years and never felt any difference in his zeal of providing best customer satisfaction. Once my car had a severe accident and he provided his complete support in getting things done with quick turn around time with quality parts and cost-effective service. I feel comfortable even after driving 25+ miles from my home to get my cars repaired at this service center. Both my cars have 150-200K mileage but I never had any problem because of his preventive measure suggestions, efficient diagnosis of the problems coming through and their resolutions that too at much lower cost as compared to other service centers. I highly recommend this place for car repairs. I've brought my car here twice after it was rear-ended in accidents, and both times Salman assisted me with fixing it. If there were 10 stars I'd give them!! Our daughter's car was rear-ended. Lots of places can do good work. But what makes the difference is all the rest of dealing with a situation that's usually just a complete pain in the a$$. Awesome and responsive communication. Handled everything (EVERYTHING) with the insurance company. Handled everything with the car rental, including when the 1st rental car decided to die and when we needed an extension. This is my third visit to bloom autos. They are courteous and efficient. No-frills in the waiting room but I don't need that. Ladies and car novices, they speak to you in terms that are easy to understand. They always ask if I am a return customer. I like that they value return business. Will I be back? Yes I will be back. My car has a…read moreone of a kind custom paint job from the factory so you won't be able to call the dealership or see a paint code on the sticker. It comprises of a black base that has color metallic shifts of purple, green and gold. After working with the painter mixing so many test cards to see what would match best we came to an agreement of which we thought was the best one. Simply using their fancy computer to figure out the paint to match was not enough. Glad they were transparent with their findings and made sure I was happy with the end result.

I took my 1991 NA MX-5 Miata to JB for a clutch and flywheel replacement, and they offered a very competitive flat rate. The clutch now feels brand new! They even took my car back the following week after I found slight misalignment issues with the exhaust and my aftermarket shifter; they had no qualms about fixing it complimentary and did it extremely quickly.
