I was greeted by her and even though I did not have an appointment she mentioned to wait a bit to and assisted. Despite it being the EXACT same information as what's contained in my account. I have emailed side by side comparison screenshots of what is contained in my Ocean Financial account and what I entered into the form, and it is the exact same. Yet the site to sign the form claims it to be inaccurate. Nothing was fixed. It has been nearly 3 weeks of going back and forth, emailing and calling, with no progress. Perhaps if I lived closer to the physical branch it would be more convenient to resolve this issue. But given that the location would be inconvenient for me, it makes this entire process very frustrating and difficult.

On several occasions (when I felt I had the stamina to deal with them) I would try to ask to have this corrected. Never happened. Today I tried yet again and was told by the representative that it couldn't be done on her end but she'd contact corporate and ask them to help. A bit later I received a voicemail from someone at corporate saying they were contacted by me but they don't know what it's about!!! First of all, I didn't do the contacting, and secondly why wasn't the reason for corporate being contacted in the representative's message? I'm truly baffled. But this isn't the first negative experience I've had with NEFCU/Jovia. In 2015 I sat in the bank president's office while they were trying to figure out who was hacking into my account and setting up large bill pay amounts to be sent to themselves. While I was there it happened again and I was the only one to catch it. Closed my accounts on the spot. So NEFCU/Jovia, how can we resolve this? My confidence in you is pretty low. With everything computerized changing an incorrect mortgage should take less than a minute. Why have I had to keep trying for 8.5 years?
