M & T's laundry has consistently been a clean, professional business that I depend on for my larger items. I typically drop them off and pay to have them cleaned and they have always gone out of their way to be helpful. I have brought costume items in and they have even helped me sort them and put them in chronological order (each costume is numbered). They are an asset to the community. I rarely go to the laundromat--I am glad I stumbled upon this one. The place is extremely clean. The owners and workers are very helpful and are extremely nice!! I had sleeping bags we had washed but would take forever to dry in our --so we bagged them up and brought them over--The owner helped us--even told us we could add more to the load if we wanted. We did not use it but they offer to do your laundry. I saw how they did everything--it was amazing to see the care they gave to their clients. I also was amazed at how they folded sheets and blankets. Some of those are a pain to fold and he made it look effortless!!! I laughed and said I can't do that!! Excellent laundromat and wonderful people. My washer broke and these guys came through with flying colors! Excellent quality, priced fair but impecable service. They partner with OneClick Cleaners, also excellent too!, and between the two I had my laundry picked up, washed, folded and back within a very tight timeframe. I couldn't be more disappointed. I made if very clear that although unusual, I have a serious reaction to fabric softener. I got the usual ya, ya, ya, 'we will take care of you' message... 'we understand'... I just moved and had them do 70 pounds of laundry - linens, towels, underwear... sheets and bath mats... After three days, I realized my body (skin), was reacting to FABRIC SOFTENER!!!! I had all these clean clothes I could not use. When I hauled it all back to have my clean and already folded laundry redone, the owner over the phone insisted that I remember who did my laundry and to show up later when those people were working for them to 'look it over'.... You can't 'see' fabric softener, but boy, I feel it... I went back to pic up my 70 pound of laundry to take it elsewhere. I couldn't be more disappointed, I won't be back... read more

I have been going here on and off since 2003 and couldn't say enough good things about it. I haven't had to use a laundrymat in a long while as i have a washer and dryer now but my washer recently broke and i went to M & T's yesterday and the place is still as wonderful as it was in 2003! Clean, pleasant and stress free. Machines are all kept in perfect condition and the place is spotless. They use a card system that you can loan money onto so no quarters are required! Love this place!!!! There is always an attendant on duty to help you with any problems which is wonderful! read more

Walked in at 745 to do laundry probably 4-5 loads max and got the whole are you washing AND drying right now? We close at 9. I'm not sure it will be done in time. Super rude had plenty of time to do laundry and get out before 9. Wash for 30 and dry for 30. Will probably never be back. read more

Why am I writing a review about a laundry mat? Easy for the money it is the single most time saving activity for a family for the money. The do your laundry as well as folding the clothes. I just bring the bags back and we put it all away. We have are weekends back to have fun with the kids or do other things with our time. The price is about the same or cheaper in the comparable area. They have not lost any clothes and are very dependable. read more

For self service, everything is simple and quick. If you have 2 large loads and 2 dries you will be out in about 60-65 mins. The attendants have been lovely and super helpful figuring out the laundry cards. It's really nice to have this service if, like me, you're without a washing machine for a month :) thank you! read more

Our family just moved here from Oregon and our washer and drier have not yet arrived. I called to ask about drop off laundry service and Christine took great care of my clothing and delivered excellent customer service. Though this facility is far from my home in Downers Grove, I would make the commute to have Christine wash and fold my laundry. My husband even remarked how much whiter his whites were. Love this place -- I hate doing laundry -- I am so glad I found this place -- I drop off my laundry and they wash and dry and fold and put back in my bag so next day just have to swing by and pick it up -- so convenient -- literally 5 minutes and my laundry done for the week !!
