I needed precise alterations done on many household items and Mi accomplished all the tasks beautifully. Every time I was dropping items off I felt welcomed and was always greeted with a smile. The is really my favorite dry-cleaning place after trying another one in Wheaton, one in Park Ridge, and another in Rogers Park. I found the service and quality being very good. The prices for dry-cleaning seem to be close or the same compared to others, but they just do it well with joy and kindness. The owners remember your name, your clothes, and work with you if you need it sooner. They also do excellent job with tailoring. If you have not found a good place for your nice clothes, this is for you. Trust me, you will not want to go anywhere else once you try it. read more

Cleaning is fine but expensive. Owner has lost several items. In the three years I supported this cleaner I was given the wrong clothes back on several occasions. The owner will then act like she knew but yet then why the repeated mix ups. The last time was the final straw as she lost a cashmere sweater and one of my husband's shirts. She kept promising to locate and weeks later she has made no effort to locate. Beware and take pictures of what you bring in because she'll lie and say," oh no, the # of items is wrong." Really, then why have you lost clothes? It's simple the ticket reads but she'll never admit when she's wrong. Very unprofessional. read more

I haven't gotten the dress I brought in back yet, but I already like this place. I went to a wedding this weekend (I was a bridesmaid). Long story short, the dress was full of champagne stains, was pretty gross from being worn all day and night (including on the dance floor), and it had been raining outside during our photographs. I decided to have the floor-length dress dry cleaned and hemmed from floor length to tea length (I would like to wear it to another wedding later in the summer), and I randomly found this cleaners on my way to another one I'd read a review for on Yelp (but I couldn't find it!). I was serviced immediately. The dress is a 4-layer silk and tulle strapless piece of gorgeousness, but is extremely intricate. The woman helping me measure for alterations was quick and totally knowledgeable, and she offered to fix a pulled clasp at the top of the bodice zipper for free. The cleaning fee was only $12 (!!!), and $48 for the alteration, which is amazing considering how substantial and detailed the dress is. The woman (Mi, she is very sweet) told me the dress would be ready a week from Saturday, but if I need it sooner, to call her and she'll make sure to get it finished for me. I know the range of services offered here is broad (alterations, cleaning, leather/suede, upholstery, linens, wedding gown cleaning & boxing, etc.), and their hours are great. Also, you can't beat the price. I highly recommend this place, and will follow-up later when I get the dress back. read more

I don't mind going to the dry cleaners when I go here! My brother in law recommended this place which is conveniently located. The owners are very friendly and always have a lollipop for my little man. Today I took a shirt in to be altered and Mi didn't even pin me in! I wasn't sure if it would be worth it since the dress had lots of seams and it wasn't a really expensive one, but Mi came up with a great solution and a reasonable price. read more

Best dry-cleaning place on Earth and it starts with Mi, who runs it the shop. Mi remembers your face and name as soon as you meet her. She's the sweetest and always does an incredible job with any clothing material/stain you give her. I used to ask my dad to get his dry-cleaning just so I could talk with Mi. Love this place -- it's all about the people. Super friendly, smiling, friendly greeting when you walk in, and they start remembering you/your clothes very quickly - by visit #3 I didn't have to hand them my receipt anymore, they were queuing up my order as soon as they saw me walking in the door. Also, the woman (Mi?) who seems to run the place has a sharp, fast eye - she spotted a torn pocket on my dress pants with a quick glance during intake, and repaired them excellently and cheaply as well. read more

When my wedding dress came in 2 sizes too big, I knew I had to see Mi at All Cleaners. She knew exactly how it should fit and where it needed to be taken in. It came out PERFECT! And I mean fit like a glove. They really know what they are doing there. I wouldn't have trusted anyone else.
