Both inspected my system and said it would not last much longer but that I use the existing duo until they died. Santiam quote was slightly higher of the two. After more than a year in fear of the system failing during a cold snap or a heat wave I decided to get it replaced. Based on my son's recommendation I hired SHSM. They were great to work with! They came when scheduled, they were friendly and respectful, and they were extremely careful not to make a mess. In fact the area was cleaner when they finished than when they started. The new system works like a charm. When there was a small problem they responded immediately and corrected the problem. The best part of my experience with them is that when I phoned them I was able to speak with a human every time!

Charging same rates for apprentices. Overcharging for materials. Almost every invoice I had to question and they barely adjusted the amounts in fact they increased some. They wasted over 6 months of my time trying to move a big project along with Pacific Power. Finally I switched back to my old Electricians. I will Never work with these guys again and I suggest you watch out too!

Scott and his apprentice installed my faucet they put several holes in my house and one in my detached garage why I don't know. A week after the faucet was installed water has been gushing out of it soaking everything around it. I am sick and tired of them after spending over 3,000 for a new water line this is what I get. This place is a joke. Don't ever bother calling them if you want actual service!!! The man answering the phone tried to blame the leak on me saying it was because I didn't detach my hose from there FROST FREE SPIGIT. I don't use my hose during winter nor have I ever detached my front hose and that one works just fine. Just fix your mistakes Scott and quit being a bad business man!
