They gave me recommendations on watering and planting. When I followed those, the tree turned out great and my kids love eating the plums every summer. I recently went back for a couple Bald Cypress trees. They had plenty in stock. (Even if they didn't they have always ordered and received the plants in short time.). The trees are doing well The owners are ready to help and the customer service is great. They know their plants and will give you suggestions based on shade, no shade, soil type and proper planting. They even went the extra mile to help me secure the plants in my car and wrap the pot, so dirt didn't get on the inside of my car. Driving a car with three full plants inside was interesting. But I didn't take the option for them to deliver.

Before the person could leave our home Mr. Briggs called me back so I told him for calling but we had just made a deal with this other company. Now this company told me they would be back in the morning I was pleased with this because I wanted this tree off my house. Ok, rise and shine with the next morning hopefully all will go well. So I start the waiting and waiting now it is 12 something so I text this company that is going to cut the tree. I ask can you give me a time, I get a text back 5 or 6 that evening. At this point I text Mr. Briggs and send him some pictures. This man Mr. Briggs called me back he asked questions had I given money or signed anything I told him no he was pleased. He asked who was doing the job I told him. At this point I said I would cancel them and wait for him he said no they were not the best but they were capable of doing the job and as busy as all the tree services were keep the bird in the hand as even his company would be 3 to 4 days getting to us.
