After my vehicle was serviced, my seat came back damaged and pulled apart near the controls. The damage was NOT there before my appointment. I contacted the shop multiple times trying to speak with the manager, but my calls were never returned. Instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally, the receptionist accused me of causing the damage myself. As a long-time customer, I expected much better customer service and accountability. This situation also reminded me of previous concerns about pricing. For example, charging around $60 to replace a basic air filter that costs about $10 and takes only minutes to install felt excessive. Very disappointed with how this was handled. I simply wanted honesty, professionalism, and responsibility taken for the damage done to my vehicle. And please do not respond to this review acting concerned now. You had plenty of time to contact me and resolve this issue properly. You have my number -- call it.

No wait time and they were able to do a safety inspection for my car then and there. Whole process took about 20 minutes and cost $20! Within ten minutes they told me they could inflate the tires and that my battery level was low. I asked them if they could replace the battery right there and they said of course. It took about half an hour for the battery to get delivered to the shop and for them to replace it! I was out of there in less than an hour. Seriously great service by these guys. They get you in and out quickly while performing high quality service on your car. Highly recommend this place for an auto repair shop.

I was under the impression that the service AND fix would be a total of $207, went in this afternoon to pick it up. The entire interaction with the man working the front desk made it seem as well like the car had been fixed, after paying he went over other recommendations the mechanic suggested despite us walking in with on specific area of the car to be fixed. A lot of things suggested to be fixed were related to the engine, I bought this specific car from this auto shop summer 2023, at the time that I bought it they told me there was a brand new engine installed. If the engine was brand new why would there be all these "issues" that need to be fixed? I said that to the man working the front desk and he seemed confused and told me he started working there in March. After leaving the shop on the way home my daughter noticed in the car that the AC/heat wasn't working. I called asking why only THEN was I informed that the $207 was just for the diagnostic and to actually fix the AC/heat was over $580. Essentially I was charged 200+ for NOTHING. Both myself and wife called attempting to understand what happened, each of us spoke to different individuals who told us different things. The man I spoke to apologized said that he would let the owner know and to give me a call back.. We'll see if the owner actually calls me back. Communication is absolutely horrible!! Been with this auto shop for years now, always thought they were upfront and honest. However, after today I no longer think this. I understand diagnostics need to be ran to understand the exact issue but the price is outrageous to receive no work. The communication from the shop to the customers needs A LOT of improvement. When paying the exact service should be explained in detail before paying, which the man at the front desk failed to do so. No customer should be put under false impression especially when paying a lot of money. They lost a value customer who brings multiple cars to their business. By Gods grace I was able to get off at the exit for Superior and while they had to order my tire because it was a run flat (they didn't carry a run flat but did have the correct size) the service was great. Shannon was very helpful and Dallas was super professional and just an all around great service guy. While the circumstances were not ideal to meet these fine folks. I'm glad they were there.
