Wow!! I was desperate to find somewhere that did gel dip nails in Orlando that was open late on a Saturday night. I looked on yelp and miraculously found somewhere that was literally right next to the Hyatt Regency Cypress that had fabulous reviews. Anthony stayed open late to do my nails. He did an absolutely amazing job and I am probably one of the pickiest customers that he will ever come across. He did a gel dip French manicure with an accent nail with crystals. I can't say enough good things about how happy I am with my nails. My friend and I showed up for two gel manicures about 45 minutes before they closed. They told us to pick colors, but we noticed there were only two ppl working on customers already, and another customer already waiting. We sat down thinking more ppl might be available, and then it became clear no one else was coming to help, but they also weren't turning new customers away. We sat there for an hour because they did soak off my friend's current gel manicure, but then we left. Two more ppl had come in while we were there and were still waiting for their mani pedis as we left, disappointed. No one tried to manage our expectations for how long we'd have to wait, so I'm not sure why this has so many stars when the service is this bad. read more

Tina and her sweet mom were amazing! We got in kind of late on Wednesday night and my daughter and I really wanted to have Harry Potter nails for our next day at Universal Studios/Happy Potter. They were about to close, and I called around to see if anyone could fit us in. I talked to a few places and they were pretty rude, but Tuna was so kind and said she'd be excited to see us! I was told I was getting THE best SNS technician in the salon...she couldn't get my shape correct even thought provided a picture before even being paired with her and showed her (the tech) the same pic SEVERAL TIMES before she began and continued to reference the pic as she worked. It took FOREVER and the owner had to take over and finish and reshape my nails... Now the quality...though the ombré was visually appealing, they were lumpy and uneven. They (4 nails) began lifting within a week!!! I went to get them done 2weeks and 3 days later and there was heavy dark green mold on those 4 nails!!! See attached pic!!!! read more

My experience at this salon was mediocre. Not bad but not good. I asked for short almond shape which she did, and a curved French tip. The french tips were decent from afar but up-close you can tell they were kinda messy and chipped (not full coverage). My cuticles also were not trimmed or attended to, very dry and lots of hang nail type skin left. I'm not disappointed but I'm not satisfied either. Luckily this was just a quick fill for fun, and not for an event. I probably won't return. Just an average acrylic manicure. read more

I took my boyfriend here to got his manicure done in our trip . The lady used the drill machine to file his nails ( regular manicure) and i told her " dont use it" , she said " if she won't use it , how about if she cut his nail and bleeding?" . I have never posted a negative review on Yelp before, but the service here was so poor I have to warn others. I came to get a gel nail removal. Should be pretty hard to mess up. The person who assisted me was very snappy and honestly ruined my nails more than if I had tried peeling it off myself. She just put on foils and scraped it off harshly then she said I was done. I asked politely if she would please cut or file my nails. She scoffed at me and reluctantly took a clipper and did one clip, straight across on each nail. I have jagged sharp points. I will have to purchase nail clippers today to fix her poor job. My nails look unhealthy, broken, and much much worse than I've ever seen them in my life. See photos attached. I was in Orlando for work. I didn't have much time but, I really wanted to get my nails done. A female colleague had told me six weeks prior to this was a good nail salon if I ever need anything there . So after I checked into my hotel room are headed over there. Lots of parking in the lot. I got there about 10 to 5. I got a manicure and a pedicure then I realized it was 10 after 6. I apologized for keeping them there after 6 o'clock on Sunday night. They assured me repeatedly that it was OK that they closed at seven and they had stay there till 10 o'clock at night before with some customers. They even offered to give me an eyebrow wax. Which I totally agreed to. So my manicure and pedicure was fantastic they lasted a long time and the eyebrow wax was clean and quick . It's a nice salon, it's clean, and the staff is fun and enjoyable. Prices were incredibly reasonable, And they take credit cards as well as cash. She didn't put top coat on my toes, left polish all over my cuticles, and did the sloppiest top coat I have ever experienced. On top of that, she cut me several times while using the drill and cutting my cuticles on my toes. I would hope that if a manager sees this, I would be offered my money back. First, I want to say that the owners are absolutely lovely and very accommodating. My coworker and I are visiting Orlando for a work trip and they're closed on Sundays but made an appointment for us to come in for manicures and pedicures. I got a French tip gel manicure and it's been 4 days since we went in and I've got 4 different nails where they've either chipped or my nail has torn. My gel manicures usually last me 2 weeks (and they should at the price to get them). My coworker's gel manicure has held up but her pedicure has resulted in an infected big toenail. She's in a lot of pain and currently having to figure out if she'll need to see a doctor or other treatment to relieve her pain and swelling. My coworker also decided to get an eyelash extension refill. Her experience with that was that it was very painful getting it done. She kept pulling out her prior eyelashes. Then, when she got them done and looked at them, it looked better than it did before she came in but her extensions are super hard and fake looking. She used a lot of glue and can't even run a brush through them. It's going to effectively cost her to do another full set when she gets home. So, I would give it 5 stars for the friendliness of the owners but my 2 rating is solely based on our experience of the quality of work provided for the mani, pedi and eyelash extensions. read more
