Wow!! I was desperate to find somewhere that did gel dip nails in Orlando that was open late on a Saturday night. I looked on yelp and miraculously found somewhere that was literally right next to the Hyatt Regency Cypress that had fabulous reviews. Anthony stayed open late to do my nails. He did an absolutely amazing job and I am probably one of the pickiest customers that he will ever come across. He did a gel dip French manicure with an accent nail with crystals. I can't say enough good things about how happy I am with my nails. If I'm ever in Orlando, I need my nails done, I know the place that I'm going and his prices were 40% less than what I pay in Seattle. Thank you, Anthony!! read more

This place is a hidden GEM! The staff are so sweet, and really take the time to do quality work. The entire experience was so relaxing! I got a French manicure with dip, and gel deluxe pedicure which included callous removal hot stone massage and hot towels. Truly such a wonderful experience will be coming here again! read more

Had a wonderful experience. Neat, cute, lots of colors and a relaxing environment. Stopped in for a shellac manicure and pedicure. The only interesting experience is the main price list up front listed a $25 classic pedicure but once I sat in the chair, I was given a list that didn't reference the classic pedi. I asked about it and was told the list was enhanced service only. Haha. Suspect the up-sell is a marketing strategy in the area. However, if you're a Disney employee you can get $10 off. read more

My experience at this salon was mediocre. Not bad but not good. I asked for short almond shape which she did, and a curved French tip. The french tips were decent from afar but up-close you can tell they were kinda messy and chipped (not full coverage). My cuticles also were not trimmed or attended to, very dry and lots of hang nail type skin left. I'm not disappointed but I'm not satisfied either. Luckily this was just a quick fill for fun, and not for an event. I probably won't return. Just an average acrylic manicure. read more

My friend and I showed up for two gel manicures about 45 minutes before they closed. They told us to pick colors, but we noticed there were only two ppl working on customers already, and another customer already waiting. We sat down thinking more ppl might be available, and then it became clear no one else was coming to help, but they also weren't turning new customers away. We sat there for an hour because they did soak off my friend's current gel manicure, but then we left. Two more ppl had come in while we were there and were still waiting for their mani pedis as we left, disappointed. No one tried to manage our expectations for how long we'd have to wait, so I'm not sure why this has so many stars when the service is this bad. read more

Tina and her sweet mom were amazing! We got in kind of late on Wednesday night and my daughter and I really wanted to have Harry Potter nails for our next day at Universal Studios/Happy Potter. They were about to close, and I called around to see if anyone could fit us in. I talked to a few places and they were pretty rude, but Tuna was so kind and said she'd be excited to see us! When we got there she was so nice and told us to relax and have fun. We both got really relaxing pedis and she made our nails amazing! We both got so many compliments!! Thanks Tina!! I was told I was getting THE best SNS technician in the salon...she couldn't get my shape correct even thought provided a picture before even being paired with her and showed her (the tech) the same pic SEVERAL TIMES before she began and continued to reference the pic as she worked. It took FOREVER and the owner had to take over and finish and reshape my nails... Now the quality...though the ombré was visually appealing, they were lumpy and uneven. They (4 nails) began lifting within a week!!! I went to get them done 2weeks and 3 days later and there was heavy dark green mold on those 4 nails!!! See attached pic!!!! read more

I took my boyfriend here to got his manicure done in our trip . The lady used the drill machine to file his nails ( regular manicure) and i told her " dont use it" , she said " if she won't use it , how about if she cut his nail and bleeding?" . Because i know it always make the nail thinner , and if she is the professional , she could clean his cuticle very good without the machine and make him bleeding and the owner(maybe) came out to complained that am picky pla...pla... and now after 3 weeks , his nails grown out , definitely we can see the line on his nail , part of the nail she did thinner than his nail just grown read more

I have never posted a negative review on Yelp before, but the service here was so poor I have to warn others. I came to get a gel nail removal. Should be pretty hard to mess up. The person who assisted me was very snappy and honestly ruined my nails more than if I had tried peeling it off myself. She just put on foils and scraped it off harshly then she said I was done. I asked politely if she would please cut or file my nails. She scoffed at me and reluctantly took a clipper and did one clip, straight across on each nail. I have jagged sharp points. I will have to purchase nail clippers today to fix her poor job. My nails look unhealthy, broken, and much much worse than I've ever seen them in my life. See photos attached. Just popped in while on vacay and asked for a fun Disney themed gel manicure. The nail tech was very nice and the shop was very clean. I feel like the polish is a bit too thick and maybe a little ragged around the edges if you look really closely. The price was $40, which is about what I expected. I was in Orlando for work. I didn't have much time but, I really wanted to get my nails done. A female colleague had told me six weeks prior to this was a good nail salon if I ever need anything there . So after I checked into my hotel room are headed over there. Lots of parking in the lot. I got there about 10 to 5. I got a manicure and a pedicure then I realized it was 10 after 6. I apologized for keeping them there after 6 o'clock on Sunday night. They assured me repeatedly that it was OK that they closed at seven and they had stay there till 10 o'clock at night before with some customers. They even offered to give me an eyebrow wax. Which I totally agreed to. So my manicure and pedicure was fantastic they lasted a long time and the eyebrow wax was clean and quick . It's a nice salon, it's clean, and the staff is fun and enjoyable. Prices were incredibly reasonable, And they take credit cards as well as cash. Is near Disney World so if you're ever in need of a good manicure ,pedicure, or waxing This is your place! read more

Worst experience EVER!! The lady at the second station on the left was extremely NASTY. I have never experienced such nastiness from a nail tech. She had a bad attitude from the time I walked in. She handled my hands very aggressively. And complained the whole time. She has to go!!! She needs get reported. What a nasty human being. read more

They were very friendly 3 of us got a mani and pedi it was very expletive 273 but I enjoyed the experience expect now I was in the er I got a very bad toe infection and they said it was from them digging and unsanitary equipment, it hurts so bad they had to lance it and give me medication.300 dollars later in medical bills was not worth it read more

I just spent $70 (plus 20% tip) and two hours of my time for a horrendously done fill and pedicure. She didn't put top coat on my toes, left polish all over my cuticles, and did the sloppiest top coat I have ever experienced. On top of that, she cut me several times while using the drill and cutting my cuticles on my toes. I would hope that if a manager sees this, I would be offered my money back. This is NOT worth $70 and my wasted time in this place. read more

First, I want to say that the owners are absolutely lovely and very accommodating. My coworker and I are visiting Orlando for a work trip and they're closed on Sundays but made an appointment for us to come in for manicures and pedicures. I got a French tip gel manicure and it's been 4 days since we went in and I've got 4 different nails where they've either chipped or my nail has torn. My gel manicures usually last me 2 weeks (and they should at the price to get them). My coworker's gel manicure has held up but her pedicure has resulted in an infected big toenail. She's in a lot of pain and currently having to figure out if she'll need to see a doctor or other treatment to relieve her pain and swelling. My coworker also decided to get an eyelash extension refill. Her experience with that was that it was very painful getting it done. She kept pulling out her prior eyelashes. Then, when she got them done and looked at them, it looked better than it did before she came in but her extensions are super hard and fake looking. She used a lot of glue and can't even run a brush through them. It's going to effectively cost her to do another full set when she gets home. So, I would give it 5 stars for the friendliness of the owners but my 2 rating is solely based on our experience of the quality of work provided for the mani, pedi and eyelash extensions. read more

They did not call - they sent a generic text. Red flag #2 I called and spoke with Zoey. We spent 20 minutes on the phone discussing what I've had done previously. I was CRYSTAL CLEAR that I was not 100% sure what I wanted. She told me about a special they were having so I reiterated TWICE that worst case scenario for pricing refill or new set would be $100 - 1st time while discussing the options and second time before we hung up to be sure of what we agreed on. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Victoria who went to work on preparing my lashes ( apx 5 minutes) and then she stepped out and came back and said since I was not getting a full set the price was going to be $165 instead of $100 How does that make any sense?? Zoey had said they would take off my old lashes ( if I wanted for free) and again worst case scenario price would be $100. Regardless of length or style. Nope.... Not doing this nonsense- I told Victoria to take everything off as now I'm pissed off. I spent 20 minutes discussing the lashes with Zoey who I was told was the manager. When I went to the front to find out where the girl was that I spoke with was / Macy told me Zoey was on her break but that she could honor what I was saying. Gratuity is added and given to an each team member. My appointment was scheduled over the phone which allowed me to customize a service included in the package. I was handed a drink and told to "go down the hall, take a right" to the tea room. No escort at a supposed luxury spa. My 90-minute massage started 5 minutes late and ended 13 minutes early. I paid for 90 minutes and received 72. Back in the tea room, another guest's child was playing in the candy, the fountain, and the drinking water while I waited another 10 minutes past my scheduled time. The facial was not the anti-aging facial described just basic rubbing and dermaplaning, delivered after I could hear staff gossiping in the lobby. The "hand and foot treatment" was a dry rub with exfoliation gloves before strapping on lotion-filled gloves and booties. The scalp massage was so perfunctory I asked the technician to stop and end the service early. It felt like they were padding out the clock to make up for time shaved off everything else. Think Massage Envy at triple+ the price. If you're considering the top-tier package here, don't. There is nothing signature or luxury about it.

DO NOT GO HERE. I got a mani/pedi and was very clear that I wanted the most simple/basic for $35. They tried to upsell and I politely declined, opting for the basic. When I sat in the chair for the pedi, they handed me a sheet of options so again, I chose the lowest. Little did I know that that was actually an upsell and resulted in a $45 pedi. When I asked about it, they said, "You opted for the upsell" and when I explained that that was deceptive, they argued repeatedly with me in front of other guests. I ended up paying the more expensive amount for a terrible job. MORE IMPORTANTLY, I ended up getting an infection on my index finger, and my big toe. Nothing like getting a mani/pedi and covering it up with bandaids. Both my toe and finger were bleeding and she put some sort of medicine on my finger that stopped the bleeding instantly and hurt like ****. She said, "It hurt little but very good.. ow ow ow" but never apologized. She also chomped gum in my face for the entire manicure. She did not clean the blood off of my nail and painted right over it, thus contaminating the product for any future customers. I can only assume that is why I ended up with an infection, despite putting neosporin and a bandaid on my finger within an hour of leaving the salon. Nothing like walking around Disney for vacation with a toe oozing and a finger throbbing. When I called to report it, the owner argued with me and told me it was not from them. I sent photos and details and he finally agreed to provide me with a refund as long as I promised not to sue. I would not go here EVER as they do not properly wash and sanitize their equipment, they are deceptive in their rates, and they could care less about their customers. I never once received an apology although the refund was admittance of guilt. read more

Which made me thing maybe he wasn't licensed OR he is just very green to the process and is still learning. My pedicure doesn't look too bad, but my manicure is no good. The polish is bumpy and there are even portions of the nail that aren't painted. After leaving there I cant said I'll ever go back. I paid $100 for a manipedi and wax still tipped $20 because he did try his best I believe. But after having mentioned to the first person I was getting my nails done for my bridal shower you'd think maybe they would've given me someone with a little more experience to ensure I'd want to bring my bridal party back in November or even make sure I was a repeat customer. I'm going to be removing to polish and repainting them myself at home. Which in hindsight I should've just done from the beginning but wanted to treat myself. As for customer service, my nail tech and the girl behind the counter were very friendly.
