Very bad service and behaviour. Firstly, there staff is very less just two people and the lady who does nail art is very rude. Her behaviour is not at all acceptable. Her talking tone was loud . Firstly I made my mind of getting the art done on one finger but later as she herself suggested to get more so I thought of doing all but suddenly she said I won't do it, if you want you have to wait as she kept one client for whom she was doing in waiting. I said ok even if I have to wait but she straight away said No that she won't do it without any reason. All the time the staff was shouting on each other in front of clients too. So I am not satisfied at all and will never recommend this place....and if you want to go there go only with lot of time as they will just say half and hour or 45 min for normal get paint but believe me they will take too much time for a less time taking job too and don't get shocked even if she leaves your work in half as she keeps complaining and saying I have to go home. Decided to try this salon as we are staying on Disney property and really needed a pedicure. It was a horrible experience. The technicians were rude and arrogant and spoke their own language, clearly talking about us right in front of us. I asked for a basic pedicure and it was as basic as they come, 20 minutes for a pedicure. Are you kidding? One had on an apron that said WeNails. They might love nails but they sure as heck don't their customers. Avoid this place if you can! Nothing like New York nail salons. read more

I was looking for a spot to get a gel manicure and stumbled across this place via Yelp. I read that Tina was great and decided to give them my business. My friend and I went (Harry did her manicure - he was excellent) and arrived a few minutes after 3 (the time of our appointment). We were not taken care of until about 3:30. Tina was unfriendly and pretty much fighting with me that we were a few minutes late and that I had a few questions about her manicure procedures (as this is my first time at a new place)... about a week later my gel manicure is already lifting. read more

I was visiting from out of town and broke a nail and cracked the other while in town and went to have them fix them and the lady wanted to cut my real nail off instead of removing the gel and acrylic!! My nails real nails are long and instead of trying to keep them she insisted on cutting them off to repair them!! So I refused the service and walked out!!!! Made an appointment today with my fiancé for pedicures and a full set for me because we are getting married in a week. Pedicures: amazing! No complaints. Manicures: really bad. The set didn't go completely down to my nail beds, i showed a picture and only one of my hands looks like the picture, and there was a bunch of residual nail filing under my nail that wasn't cleaned up. Also the way he left my skin after, was like I had been working hard labor. Really bad and I was too embarrassed to ask for a refund because I definitely won't be coming back for a manicure. They did a good job on my Shellac Nails ($20 jut polish) and a quick toe polish change ($10). I'm just visiting from out of town and needed a quick polish before heading out on a cruise. Price and service was good (4 Stars) I felt like they were clean using new materials for each person. I would give 3 stars for the facility. Only got a 2 star, because they actually acknowledged us when we came in unlike the nail salon we went to before them. Was told it would be a 40 min wait, that's totally okay! But the issue was when the lady started my service she never talked to me, didn't listen to what I wanted when I had told her 3 times, and tried to push me to get gel nails when I told her no. The hand massage was very half assed and was more of a slap and move my hand around(I went to cosmetology school, and have been to other nail salons. I know this isn't the industry standard). She was rough when handling my fingers while painting them, and then got hostile and argued with me when I told her to fix the design she did(it was a very slight fix, and she didn't even fix it properly). I didn't want to fight with her to redo the design, because I knew she wouldn't have done it nicely or how I wanted. So I left with a shitty design, for my Disney trip! My mickey looks like a shitty teddy bear head, with tiny little ears and they aren't even touching the "head" which I what I asked her to fix. When it came time to sit at the dryer she was very mean and yelled at the girls that were sitting there that thier nails would take 5 hours to dry and to just go and not touch them. She yanked the toe separators from thier feet very unprofessionally, and then said they would never come back after how she treated them. She acted like the was the owner or manager. read more

Prices were more than reasonable considering it being in a tourist trap; fixed two broken nails with gel plus a mani for $18 before tips. I came in with another person and we both got the super deluxe pedicure. It was well worth the $10 extra dollars. They took their time and gave a great stone massage on my legs and feet. I saw another review about a wasp... The wasp was in the building flying around. It kept toward the high ceiling and didn't bother me but I can imagine that it might freak someone out, especially if they have any type of allergy. The wasp was inside because they were keeping the doors open. Give it another 3 weeks in FL and it will be too hot and they'll have to shut the doors, that wasp will disappear by then. Overall great price for great services. The Gel Mani was only $30! Looks great and they gave a nice hand massage after. Not giving 5 stars because the facility was just okay. I mean they were okay I guess. Woman doing my nails was very aggressive and was talking to her coworker the whole time. As soon as I left my nails felt and smelled like they were still wet even though I had sat waiting for them to dry for over 20 minutes and also got my eyelash extensions done and my eyebrows waxed before I had left. It is now days later and my nails are still denting and chipping as if they are still wet. My eyelashes still are a bit uncomfortable around the lash line but they look pretty good. My friend also got her lashes done and for 2 days her vision was blurred and she saw double. The lady who did me and my friends eyebrows did a pretty decent job but my eyebrows still look uneven which is explainable because my brows are pretty uneven to begin with. My mom and grandma got a pedicure and the one doing my grandmas did a very good job though the one doing my moms took a very long time and her nail polish started chipping very fast after we left. I would not go there again or recommend anyone to go there but it wasn't an all around terrible experience. read more
