We were on vacation and needed pedicures desperately. We were glad to have located this place. It was located off the main Street & behind the premium outlets. It's visible off the highway in a small plaza. We were offered bottled water upon entering. There is a small seating area with a couch and 2 arm chairs for waiting. There are nail color options out for display and a TV and written brochures that offer the details for their service. They also offer children nail service for 20% off the retail value. This place is professional and offers a great touch. It is large and very relaxing. The pedicure stations are separated from the manicure stations. The spa pedicures are far enough apart to offer safe nail care during the pandemic. The space was clean, offered hand sanitizer, staff wore masks and gloves. Not all the customers were wearing masks but we elected to wear them. We opted for the upgraded pedicure for $45. It included the standard nail service plus a sugar scrub, lotion massage, hot towel, and polish. It was so pleasant after long days of walking. I really could have sat there for another 30 minutes just getting a massage. The spa chairs are also massage chairs that are very pleasant. The business owner shared that they have been grateful for customers that are visiting during the pandemic as it's been hard on small businesses. Updating my previous review: made appt for 6:20p after work for an eyebrow wax. Showed up to shop to see lights off and doors locked. Called number listed on Google and was told that because no one was there so they closed the shop. It makes no sense to have operating hours posted and an online booking form if you are going to disregard them both and just leave when you feel like it. Unprofessional. The staff is very kind and attentive as soon as you arrive. If they're not too busy, they're kind enough to offer both manicure and pedicure service at the same time if you want it. I've gone twice so far and my gel manicure has last almost 4 weeks without chipping, which is unheard of for me because at other places, as it usually lasts 10 days max. Had a great experience with the whole team! Everyone was kind a professional. The spa was extremely clean, bright. Everything appeared to be in its place. I don't want to mess up the spelling of names as I received multiple services from different people but I'll try. Mrs.Tran got us settled in, she was so sweet she explained each step and listened to my needs. Emily shaped and filled my nails perfectly! Her attention to detail dis not go unnoticed. Ivy was fantastic and gave me the most relaxing pedicure of my life. I nearly fell asleep in the chair the massage was so awesome!! My nails look great and she even did her own "special design" on my ring fingers. They look great!! Easily the worst $75 I've ever spent. I literally had a breakdown as I left. I showed them the design and they said they would be able to do it. Shaping is good but as soon as they started designing, the lines were uneven and they had no idea what a French tip was. I had to ask them to fix the accent nail after they did a completely different design and tried to convince me that it looked good and my nail was too small for the design (they literally shaped it themselves). Furthermore, the whole time I asked them to make corrections, they started banging the products angrily on the table and talking to each other in their language which was obviously geared towards me. She uttered "this is taking forever" as she put her products away. I didn't mind their kids running and crying around the store, but what made it unprofessional was their attitudes and incompetence to copy a simple design. read more

I recently went into the nail salon for an acrylic removal and a pedicure. I arrived with an appointment and continued to wait for an additional hour to be seated. Throughout that hour I regularly saw walk ins come through and bypass waiting to start their service as I continued to wait. I prefer to have very creative designs and immediately asked if I was able to get something similar to my inspo pic and was told yes of course. This is also why I assumed I was waiting a little extra. Needless to say the pedicure was a joke. The person doing it was rude. She asked if I wanted my nails cut and and I responded no thank you and she proceeded to cut my nails. I was very confused as to why she'd ask if she was going to ignore my request anyway. It was probably the WORST pedicure I've ever received. The water was cold, there was no massage as it was listed in the service menu, and the painting was atrociously done. I had little cotton fuzzies in my nail polish so it looks absolutely ridiculous. Literally moments after she finished painting my toes she walked away and started on another service. I was left sitting alone and without direction of where to proceed for the next part of my appointment... About 20 minutes after sitting another woman approaches the pedicure station, the woman who did my pedicure and she yelled something and pointed at me. This new person comes over and puts my little booties on and busses me over to her workstation. I explained to her I wanted my acrylics off and I asked for this design, showing her my inspo pic. She immediately says no. As I'm take aback she says she can't do removals so it'll be a fill and that she can't do anything similar to my inspo pic so to pick a color for her to paint my nail after the fill. I explained to her that I was originally told it was possible and asked for the gel version of the color I got on my toes... that color in gel didn't exist so now my toes and fingernails are very different colors. She starts doing the fill and the original person I spoke with comes over and explained that she will be doing the design and basically explained how to do it but not really. All of a sudden now this design can be done and everything's fine.. the design in fact was never done.. She tried and it was awful.. The fill was subpar and she never asked about the length I preferred or the shape. I had to stop her multiple times to communicate what I wanted and she blatantly ignored me. I literally just picked some colors and called it a day. My nails are an absolute mix match joke. I understand designs aren't for everyone but if you can't do something just say it from the beginning. I would have been more than flexible to readjust. I'm more upset that I was told yes yes yes from the beginning but it turned into a whole lot of no I can'ts and ignoring. If I could rate it a 0 I would. read more
