Nice new place for nails in Yucaipa. They really do a great job for both manis and pedis. Everything is clean and new. All clippers, trimmers, files, etc they use on you is pre-packaged. Hopefully it stays that way. The location is in a new plaza down the blvd...I believe some new stores and restaurants will be coming that way so it'll be in a more desirable area. Right now it's a lone business in an empty complex. read more

This place has gone down hill since under the new ownership. And to be fair,I gave them a few chances before I decided I will no longer go there. The first two times I wasn't happy with my acrylic nails and when I politely pointed out any imperfections the guy tried to turn it around on me instead of just fixing it. Also when I got the more expensive pedicure I was told they had none of the exfoliant scrubs in the different scents that is listed on their menu, that they only had one scent. Now this last time I was just disappointed in the service all around. I paid $40 for a basic mani and pedi, both in which were done very quickly. when she did the sponge part she applied no soap to it and when I asked she said she did. Yet I saw her just grab a sponge and start roughly scrubbing the bottom of my foot. And the "massage" was just some lotion rubbed on my legs and arms for no more than 3 seconds and the hot towels that came with the manicure (which Is listed on the menu) also wasn't done. After asking about it, I was told "oh we don't do that for the basic manicure". Then why is it on your menu? I think all ladies really look forward to the massage experience of getting a mani/pedi and while I know it's not some 30 minute session I think a good 5-8 minutes would be satisfactory. I am mostly disappointed in the way they seem to just want to get the service over with and when you have any questions or concerns they're quickly to get defensive. Customer service is poor and I won't be going back. Also disappointed in the the fact that they list so much on their menu yet don't carry the products that are listed or even honor the service listed on the menu. It's enough for me to take my business elsewhere. read more

It's about time that a quality nail salon made its way to Yucaipa. I'm consider myself a pedicure addict so I know quality when I experience one. The decor is very up to date, minimalist design. Doesn't smell like heavy chemicals (or maybe I'm used to it). The employees here are friendly and want you to be warm. They're familiar with the area so that's a plus. It's in the newly built complex near the college. Nice natural lighting. Well air conditioned. I have been on the hunt for a permanent pedicure home and I think I found it. I love quality pedicure that doesn't take an hour and I've finally found it. Will return. read more

Just got a pedicure here and I have to say that I loved the service. I did have to wait a little while because they were unfortunately short staffed but I didn't mind the wait. The area is kept very clean and you can see how they properly sterilize their equipment. Highly recommended! read more

I decided to try this nail salon after my regular nail lady moved away. I've gotten the dipped manicure there now 3 times and I've never been happier. The technique used makes the manicure last so long and maintain shiny top coat! Many salons use cheap clear polish on top of the dipped manicure. When they do that the top coat chips off and starts looking dull. M Nails goes the extra mile and does a clear gel coating on top. Top notch!! read more

I had an appointment at 5:20 for a pedi and fill. I didn't get seen until 6. My appointment was with Cindy for the fill and who ever was free for the pedi ... Cindy took someone else with out an appointment before me. I was finished with the pedi and they expected me to wait until Cindy was done with the other person so she can start on my fill. If someone makes an appt for a fill/pedi they should respect the persons time and take care of the person that has the appt 1st and has already been waiting.I still had to wait for Cindy to finish that person before she would star with me. This is the 2nd time she does this to me when I have an appt. My 1sr experience was good, but that's it. read more

This is a new salon in town that I heard great things about so I decided to try it. The girls were very sweet and did an amazing job. I got a gel manicure and the European pedicure and it was seriously the best pedi I've ever gotten, long relaxing massage and great clean up/paint job . The manicure looks great too! Under new ownership! They are amazing! There is usually little to no wait. They have great color choices for gel, dip, and regular polish. I am very impressed by the time and care they spent with my 4 year old daughter to give her just what she wanted! It is much cleaner than it was before, and everyone seems very friendly. I have stopped here a couple times just because it's close to home, but I got tired of wasting my money on something that didn't last a week. At first I did regular polish after a week the top coat would peel of I went back and was told it could be my clean products but no because I went else where and it did not happen. I go again to give it another try this time I did gel but it chip after a week. My pedicure was not correctly either they rush and one thing that bother me was that they put lotion on my wet legs and feet I just don't like the feeling. read more

I love this place! I go in every few weeks for a fill and a pedicure. Since I've started coming here in August 2018, I have never had a nail break! All of the nail techs do a great job with shape and polish. My acrylics last so long (about 4 weeks!) and I couldn't be happier! I definitely recommend M Nails for fills and pedicures! read more

I wish I had better things to say about this salon BUT, they have horrible hygiene! The guy that did my pedicure did not wear gloves and used dirty utensils. I paid close attention and he used the same utensil on me as he did the woman before me. I should have said something or not allowed him to perform the service. Well I've tried it twice and can't say I will ever go back... nice people and clean salon but, the quality of work is not worth paying for. My complaints are the polish is so cheap, they have very limited color selection in both polish and powders to chose from, technicians are not skilled/ trained properly..? I asked for polka dots and it looked like I did them myself with my non-dominant hand... so so terrible I was sad I paid for it. Nice people, but they need for training/ practice. read more

I only chose 1 star because I had to.Horrible service! The Man Bill was rude to me when I asked for prices then gave me huge attitude over only getting basic $18 pedicure. In that middle of my pedicure Bill walks over and tells the girl doing my pedicure she was done.I told him she only messaged one foot and not the other, he said she was taking too long and I only paid for basic pedicure. He would not allow her to finish! He was very loud and rude other customers staring at us. read more
