Endicott lived up to 100% of the offer they made to us to fully refund our purchase price as a credit towards a new item from their store. We picked out a new couch with the great help of Vicky and Eric. It was delivered on time (no charge for delivery) and the pilling couch taken away. Again, our attempts to obtain updates have mostly been ignored - and in the rare cases where responses are received, they fail to address the specific inquiry(ies). Unfortunately, there appears to be a consistent theme amongst the reviews - Endicott's customer service ends once your card is swiped.
