This visit did not disappoint. The store and the inventory is absolutely beautiful, however, it's the quality of the people who stand behind the counters that sparkle. I was really surprised when I shopped here for my wedding band. I made it extremely clear to the…read moresaleslady that I did not want a wedding band with any engraving, diamonds, etc. To me, it was symbolic, I wanted a completely plain gold band; no beginning, no end. She kept pushing wedding rings with stones in them; telling me to try them on, just to see how they fit against the engagement ring, etc. I told her again not only was it symbolic, I was also a soldier and wanted a wedding band I could wear when I was in a field environment - something I never had to remove. I can't believe I even let her agree to order me a plain band she was so annoying but I did. Guess what? I called a few weeks later and the band never came in! Big surprise! I went up the street to Spears for my band and bought my husband's at Sam's Club.
