They showed me the work once it was done, and made sure not to leave until we had plugged back in everything inside the house and made sure it had all come back. It was a masterclass in customer care. What do I mean by this? I had asked that the breakers in my box be identified with which part of my home they turned on/off. We bought the house as a flip and my home inspector missed that almost nothing in my breaker box was properly identified to a part of my home. Abby did this-using a labeller. I can easily identify what is linked to which part of the house. No having to guess a person's handwriting. It is such a relief to open the panel and immediately know what connects to where. And she carefully walked me through-twice-the newly identified breaker labels. When Abby set up motion sensor lights for the room where I have my furnace to replace bulbs operated with pull chords, she asked me first which setting I wanted the sensors on before installing them. They came out, looked for the best path and executed. There was no cutting of holes they ran the whole circuit by carefully running through available spaces. They also consulted on where to place the required disconnect so that everything worked out perfectly. They understood what was needed and understood the electrical codes. Which I can say was not the case for others I called. I have since used them for adding of outlets and ceiling lights in a condo. Again, they consulted ahead of time and the installation was done with minimal disruption. In this case we were going to be repainting so a couple of holes were easily taken care of. I also used them in the planning of a new garage and new service. They came out and provided advice that would save me thousands. It turned out that my general contractor was suggesting a strategy that shifted the cost from the electric company to "me". My scheduled maintenance appointment was missed during the confirmed service window, and I had to call to find out what happened. On another occasion, a plumbing appointment was rescheduled after it had already been confirmed, creating unnecessary inconvenience. During a later service visit, I received repair and maintenance recommendations that seemed far higher than what I ultimately found elsewhere. While everyone should get multiple estimates, the differences were significant enough that I decided to seek other opinions. The most disappointing part was the customer service. I completed a satisfaction survey, emailed management twice, and was promised follow-up calls that never came. As a long-time customer, I expected someone to take ownership of my concerns. That never happened. The technicians I interacted with were professional and courteous, so this review is not about them. It's about the company's lack of responsiveness when a long-term customer raised legitimate concerns. After 15 years, I canceled my maintenance agreement and moved my business elsewhere. That's something I never expected to do, but the trust that had been built over many years was lost.
