The ability to take on difficult plumbing tasks or the simplest most minor issue that an elderly individual or disabled person might need help with matter. This weekend a problem arose with plumbing and I knew who I had to call. The call went out to Hempsey and I couldn't be happier. Hot water is back, the bath water is comfortable, and it was all done for reasonable price within the anticipated time frame. Absolutely five stars!! They recently started offering Plumbing services and my first experience was so-so. As part of the maintenance plan, you now get a plumbing inspection every year. The plumber who came out today was very nice but missed an issue that I pointed out to him. He did have his Master Plumber that was hiding in the truck (? Seemed odd haha) come take a look. There was some estimate issues leading me to think the installation of a toilet would be $1,000 for labor alone. However, the owner was quick to rectify and look into the issue personally once he became aware, and was very open to feedback on how to make the estimates more clear. I would still like to see them itemize the cost of materials in the future, but it seems to be something at least on his radar. I would give this company a chance if you're having issues. They seem to truly want to do the right thing by the customers and their employees, which is important.
