We live just two blocks from the M and decided on a staycation shortly after the resort opened back up. I have mixed feelings. The casino is absolutely stunning, no question about it. The restaurants aren't all Open which is sad but understandable. The burger place there is beyond disappointing but I'll review that one separately. The rooms exceeded my expectations by far. It was a third floor room with a partial pool view. Decor was tasteful and well maintained. The pool, however was quite disappointing. You can't go up to the bar which was frustrating. You can go to the casino cage and the front desk but not the bar? I'm, ok. There was only about three waitresses servicing the entire pool area. Just seemed like they weren't interested much in alcohol sales that day. I did manage to secure a cocktail. It was a Tito's Blueberry Punch which was quite delicious. The atmosphere was ok but the pool needs a little care. I honestly felt like I was hanging out in a parking lot that happened to have a pool. The lounge chairs are in desperate need of replacing. I would imagine these more at Circus Circus than at a "luxury" resort. Just seemed like they don't care very much about the guest's pool experience. The M does a great job but more attention needs to be put in food quality of that dreadful burger place and the Goodwill furniture at the pool. read more

I wrote a negative review Friday from the treatment I received from Security. I never named any names but kept it confidential out of respect as far as names go. But not today. I received a series of text messages from my extremely kind host saying that "surveillance" was looking in the Owners Lounge and spied on me taking "too many things" from the Owners Lounge. So all of a sudden I am being surveilled coming into the casino following me around like I am committing a crime of some sort which is truly disgusting. Did I take what I believe I am entitled to from time to time for spending way over 100,000K last year, and that's just last year, to become an Owner? I did, I am not here to lie. However I am not the only one taking their fair share. Most times I go to the Lounge and it's empty, I don't complain I just walk away and gamble. I have seen plenty of people take bag fulls of treats, good for them. However I don't recall seeing a sign saying "how many items" Owners are to take out of the Lounge! Maybe you should put one up yourself Ron (instead of hiding in your office doing nothing except for when you harass guests that rub you the wrong way or stand up to you) see how well that goes with the rest of the players that hold Owner Status who earned it and more! When I received the message from my host who's not at fault as he's stuck in the middle being the messenger, I was pissed to say the least. The person who happens to have a grudge against me is the so called Swing Mgr Rob Thomas. So Rob had me under surveillance as I enter the property once again following me around to see what I am doing because he did not like what I had to say to him on Friday. Rob I have a few questions for you? Is it because I am a gay woman? Hispanic American? The wrong color? Or the fact that I stood up to you not taking your shit last Friday which was quite obvious from the way you reacted and the look on your face. Or the fact that I would not "Fist bump you"? Be professional and shake a hand! You are retaliating because obviously you did not like the fact that I rightly challenged you! Once again I am done with The M casino and took my business to South Point" where Security actually treats you like a human being and you are not harassed for taking things from the upper tier players lounge. I will put the blame squarely on your shoulders Ron to losing an Owner, the Owner who always minds her business, is kind in return to the kind staff along with a few acquaintances I made over the last several years at the Casino. So for those players with Owner status just know that you might be being looked at as you enter the Owners Lounge making sure you don't take too many things because Rob Thomas might have you under surveillance and report you to your host! Rob Thomas needs to understand that without any level players the M Casino would cease to exist. I want to thank the staff at Baby cakes, The Raiders Tavern And Grill, the Cocktail Servers and casino staff, you know who you are! read more

It's my favorite local casino. I've been going there since it opened.. it's changed hands a few times & now is owned by Penn Entertainment. They own other casinos and resorts in several states & have a "reward" program that offers dining as well as gaming credits and FREE ROOM NIGHTS! I've enjoyed staying there for a "staycation" as their rooms are beautiful & their Spa & pool area are wonderful!The M is the official RAIDERS HOTEL & when they are playing, Raiders Tavern & Bar is full of fan excitement! I do miss JADE FUZION which was a fabulous Asian themed restaurant & wish they would reopen it in another part of the hotel ... perhaps where the Studio B Buffet used to be... miss that too as it was such a wonderful buffet that closed during the COVID pandemic If you love EUROPEAN PASTRY then try "BABY CAKES"... such delicious varieties of pastry, breads, homemade gelato etc. I was born in Austria & my grandmother used to bake such wonderful cakes & pastries that are difficult to find here, but "Baby Cakes" fits the bill! You can enjoy a croissant, pastry, coffee, gelato & eat in or to take home & share with your family. For my Hungarian friend's birthday, I bought several different cake slices instead of a regular birthday cake so everyone could taste the wonderful selections I brought... EVERYONE JUST LOVED IT!! It you just want a quick sandwich, the Vig Deli is perfect. They offer a wonderful selection of hot & cold sandwiches, as well as Asian dishes. It's a favorite spot for locals as well as tourists. The M offers valet parking as well as lots of FREE parking all around the hotel & in their parking garage. So many hotels now charge for parking, The M doesn't. If you like to play, they offer table games, as well as new slot machines & video poker. They have FREE gaming tournaments throughout the year so you can test your luck! My first stay in Vegas thats not on the strip and I'm glad it was this place cause it was for my 3 year olds birthday! Super family friendly as I've seen a handful of newborns to toddlers all throughout the resort. It's definitely four dollar signs because it has everything you need in one resort. Restaurants, rooftops, HUGE pool area with cabanas, palm trees, so many sitting areas, music, and such a nicely built swimming area -- almost feels like EBC but for families! If you're a huge raiders fan, this is your top place to stay for some decorations and themed stuff. It's a huge property and everything is decked out in black and silver. Now to the room - we only stayed one night so we got a standard room, king size bed, floor 2 and decent view of the front of the hotel and mountains. When we walked in to our surprise IT WAS HUGE. Bathroom was made for 10 people to fit in. 2 bathroom sinks, beautiful smart mirror and lighting, huge hot tub to have a couples bath, separate shower, and a door for the toilet room. Really beautiful bathroom for a very modern interior of the rest of the room. Electric window covers with a switch on the side. SO MUCH ROOM to be honest for all kinds of activities to lay around for your toddlers to play lol. TV, small fridge, and alot of space to unpack if you need. Babycakes being 24/7 was what brought me to this resort. Though I had higher expectations with more options, I would still give it 5 stars itself for great customer service and really good treats for the price as well! Unfortunately, I'm deducting one star due to the lack of customer service and repair of their one section of elevators. There was four elevators and only two of them worked slowly, but surely. There as a good 2 hours of when the elevators weren't working either, and I felt like no one advised or when we called customer service, we we're quickly rushed off. Tried going down the stairs but there was no signs to lead us back to the casino -- a group of us even walked to the first floor trying to find it, only to be inside the hotel where people worked AND YET AGAIN, didn't get the help we needed. Aside from the elevator situation, everything was so easy to access and this resort is huge enough to stay in one place! Clubs, restaurants, the massive pool, and everything in between. Have to update my review and remove more stars for The Pavilion. We had tickets to see The Temptations Review. 5 Stars for the show. Unfortunately, M failed us again. We showed up an hour early to be the first in line to pick up tickets. They were so disorganized, we were told to go to another line then go back to the original line, losing our #1 spot in line. Why make us go in to pick up tickets in this day and age, too??? Also, the venue had no improvements, same awful chairs tied together. We were a few rows from the front and on the side. Three security employees were practically in front of us...DOING NOTHING as the people sitting in front of us vaped all night. You're not supposed to smoke in this venue. Doesn't matter if you don't enforce it!!! Disgusting! They also let people stand and dance or record the show in front of the stage, blocking everyone's view, so having front row seats doesn't matter. Very frustrating experience and couldn't wait to leave even though the performance was good. read more

My best friend came into town for business and we stayed at The M. I truly enjoyed it!! It's the official Raiders resort. Granted, I'm a Chiefs fan but I enjoyed everything about the place. The Raiders Tavern & Grill had great food and a modelorita that was amazing!! Staff wore Raiders jerseys-- The atmosphere was just perfect. This place is BEAUTIFUL!!!! I am so happy I booked to stay here. Browsing booking.com and looking for something nice away from the strip I saw this place. I was definitely not ready for what they offered. You literally never would've had to leave the resort. They offered several restaurants, room service, spas, bars, I mean literally everything on this resort. Free valet too. The room and view was beautiful! I would love to revisit in the summer when we could use the pool & jacuzzi, it was too cool in March for use and it appeared to be closed anyway. read more

Affordable room pretty close to the freeway and the strip. Room was awesome!! This was very last minute for us. And so glad we booked a room here. The front desk staff was very nice. They provide complementary valet service when staying the night. (We didn't use their service because our car was packed full of stuff since we are just traveling through, but would have otherwise) We ended up parking in the west parking lot which is the lower level of the casino. Very convenient for those that are just staying the night. When getting inside the doors, follow the signs to the elevator and go to your floor. You don't even have to pass through the casino to get to your room. About the room - comfortable beds, spacious bathroom with its own door to the toilet. Very clean, quiet and view was amazing! I cannot review on the casino itself because we didn't gamble. But we did visit the bakery the morning of to get a coffee and pastry. Two ladies behind the counter. Both very nice and provided great service! Will stay here again when in the area! read more

Not sure if it's because the Raiders were losing or it's just the economy, but they sure were shorthanded. One person working the cashier cage. The bartender was angry because his relief bartender didn't show up. One cocktail waitress on the floor and this was on a Saturday. The up escalators were broken and one of the elevators were broken so if you parked in the lower parking lot you had to hike a bit to get to the casinos. The slots were pretty tight. We're locals so we were going there a few times but not sure if I will go back. read more

Pretty nice for a locals casino. The rooms are well appointed, the facility is clean, the slots are okay. The food is a little weird. There's only two dining options on Sunday and neither are healthy,not that you find healthy stuff in Vegas, I mean really. Which leads me to pillows; I really love small pillows, said no one ever so why do hotels constantly use them? Are they going broke because of large pillows? Overall, this is a good place off strip. Would I go back? Sure just don't expect to impress someone with dinner. read more

I've only visited the Vegas area twice in the last 4 years but each visit I like going to this casino the most. It's beautiful and spacious inside. The food at the sit down restaurant and the walk-up dining area is excellent. There is a wide variety of slots to play, a lot of them are new. I also like that many of the slots have a wide variety of denominations and pay-scales. This last visit I stayed for one week and found myself at a casino nearly every night, LOL so I had to pace myself. At the M I could play pennies at 50 to 80 cents a hit or dollars up to $10.00 a hit (never won enough the week I was there to try this type of 'hit'). I was in Vegas during the 4th of July week and I swear the slot tumblers are set to not give out as much as the casinos know they are going to get a lot of tourists that will want to play. I went to the M twice, once at the beginning of my stay (l lost $) and once at the end. At the end I won $250.00 at the M. Since it was the end of my stay and my only real winnings I pocketed the $ and called it a day/week. I like that the M is off the strip, it's like a stand-alone casino at the entrance to a very pretty city (Henderson). There are no crowds to contend with here and yet it is always busy. The staff are very friendly and there are a couple of cute shops to buy items from inside the casino. Bonus: There is a lion ranch just 1 mile north of the casino...just saying. read more

One of the most beautiful hotels in Las Vegas... Located south of the Strip, on Las Vegas Boulevard, you might see a tall, narrow building, standing bravely alone in the dessert. I can't remember how I found it, but I played there enough to get a comp room and free passes for their fabulous buffet, Studio B. The room was luxurious. At that time, it was really cool to have a television and telephone in your bathroom. Haha! I also remember the glass walled bathroom...I could look out at the colorful lights that lined the length of the Strip...wow! The buffet had everything you could imagine... even Hawaiian Food...Haha! I enjoyed the pizza, salads, desserts, salmon, and other seafood, carving station, etc. If you ever get a chance to stay here, I will recommend it, and maybe you'd like to take avantage of their high quality spa on the ground floor. Also, take note of their high-ceilinged reception area with the divider made of calla lillies and the waterfall wall on the opposite side...so pretty! read more

If you want good food and Buffets out of a casino, M Spa Resort is one of the best. We stopped here not long ago for a big buffet dinner. We endured in steak and lobster. I have also had the fish n chip and salmon with all the different salad choices. They serve Mexican food in the buffet as well. I wont yelp the buffet too much lol, Because we only spent a little bit of time gambling here. I played my usual Poker and Black Jack games here. Nice tables and set ups here to gamble. Love the nice bar for drinks. We didnt stay in any rooms, but i can imagine they are awesome stays. read more

OK. If you come to the buffet for anything but the lobster, you're at the wrong Vegas buffet, spending too much money. That's what we found out. We rented a cabana, the best cabana you can get and it came with a minimum food and beverage cover of $600, this event was for my wife's birthday celebration and the setting was perfect until some of our guests arrived with 'Birthday Cake'. Our guests paid the $25 per person entry (yup, they raised the price) and entered with the cake and were soon chased down to our cabana by the manager and advised of a $25 fee to bring the cake in. In short, we had 8 people allowed under the cabana fee, we had 8 more pay $25 to get in and join us for a total of $200 and after spending a combined cost of around $1000 they were worried about charging $25 for our cake entry fee. Our pool service was excellent and I have no complaints with that regard, we've been going to this pool for 6 years as locals and spent thousands upon thousands there. I'll never return, I hope that $25 means as much to them as it does to me, I live on principle and if the M management reads this and puts the pieces of the puzzle together they'll call my daughter Jennifer and extend the olive branch with something that'll bring us back. read more

Stayed here recently due to getting an invitation for a complimentary night. The hotel is on Las Vegas Boulevard however about 15 minutes from the strip. Valet parking is free which is fantastic! Once you get inside the check in area is to the left while the casino is to the right. There are lots of restaurants and shops throughout the hotel. The decor is all very beautiful and you can definitely tell this is an upscale property. We were given a strip view room on the 8th floor. I loved the fact that our room was right by the elevators. The first thing I noticed is that they are very energy efficient. There is a slot to put your keycard in order to turn on the lights. There is also a button to press if you do not want to be disturbed. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. The bathroom had a separate shower and bathtub...and best of all have a TV!! So you can enjoy a nice bath with some tv shows or music. The bed was very comfortable and we had a very good nights sleep. In the morning we wanted to check out the buffet. Because it was a Monday they did not offer breakfast so we waited until 11am. However the 18th was also the first day of the holiday seafood buffet so we were delighted to have so much variety of food! read more

What a sweet hotel! I was here for a conference and had the standard room for a week. The room was not only spacious, but accommodating; I felt I was staying at a Waldorf Astoria (Hilton) or JW Marriott with the exceptional and attentive services. The food choices were great and I even tried the buffet, which I was told rates top three of buffets in Vegas; not disappointing for a vegetarian! The only con, they have a shuttle to the strip that runs every four hours, so expect at least a $20 Uber/Lyft ride. I will definitely be back! read more

Two stars because the building is nice but with so many casinos to pick from you'd be silly to play at this one. If you are familiar with regular video poker or keno pay tables (what you win based on what you bet) then you might have noticed that M Resort has some of the worst pay tables around (that includes casinos on the strip). That means you win less for every dollar bet. Example as of 1/2022: Caveman Keno .25 cents Five Spot at M Resort: Bet 4 to win 320 quarters.... If you hit your five spot you'd need to bet 5 or $1.25 to win 400 quarters ($100). You can actually bet up to 10 quarters playing Caveman Keno at M Resort for a chance to win half of what you'd win anywhere else for the same price! How fun... The kicker: if you matched 5 out of 5 at any other casino in Las Vegas playing the same game you'd win 800+ quarters ($200+) on a dollar bet. You'd only win 320 quarters ($80) at M Resort. That's all you need to know. While bar top machines normally have a worse pay table than the machines on the casino floor, at M Resort all the machines have the same pay table. You can't escape it. I don't expect to win every time I play, I also don't expect to be taken advantage of in such an obvious and egregious way. In my opinion, take your money elsewhere because this place isn't worth the gamble. Pro: their pools and the resort is gorgeous. read more

The M hotel is great, the person at the front desk greeted us way before we got to the desk But one problem at the VIG quick cooked food restaurant was not so great! Purchased wings and requested majority flats but the cashier informed us that she could not request do to what ever is available. Got to my room and yes had majority flats but they were very old and they were dried out like they had been cooked and set aside waiting for someone to order wings. I quest the cook does not like to impress customers with his food!!! If I decide to visit the VIG again I will not order Bufolo wings! read more

I am done w strip.... so when we drive to Vegas from LA for a little gateway, M Resort became our home away from home.... Place is clean and modern and staff is friendly. Rooms are really clean and have so much space! Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and M doesn't disappoint! Perfect lox platter W thinly sliced red onions and Healthy breakfast burrito is great! Dealers are friendly and Baby cakes cafe has verity of deserts and good coffee! My spouse made reservations at this property in his name. I had a spa visit and charged it to the room after confirming that the spa accepted Penn Play Rewards. At check-out, the front desk explained that "the system" would only accept Penn Play from the reservation-holder. Paid $50 and drove all the way from North Las Vegas for the World of Illumination with the thought that with the '$25 off $50 spent at any M resort restaurant and free hot chocolate at Babycakes coupons' that we were SUPPOSED to get upon entry to 10 minute drive thru light show, we would make an evening of it including dinner to make the very short light show and long drive worth it. We received NO COUPON upon entry, so did not waste any more of our money at the M. To top it off they don't tell you where or how to enter into the light show drive-thru area so us and about 20 other cars drove around in circles until we finally found the right place to go. By far, the M Resort Spa and Casino provided the best experience that I have had in the greater Las Vegas area. This review is for the hotel and restaurants only; I did not have time to enjoy the casino or pool area. Parking is awesome. Valet is optional and it is very easy to park, should you so desire. (We preferred to park ourselves because we were going out again shortly after check in and there was a wedding at the hotel, so we didn't want to have to wait.) There is ample parking immediately adjacent to an entrance to the hotel, unlike many other hotels on the strip Checking in was a breeze. We were able to get our room key nearly immediately after check in. The elevators to rooms are also close to the front desk and you don't have to walk through the casino to reach the elevators. A wonderful touch - who wants to schlep their bags through a circuitous route in the casino just to get to your room, especially if you have been doing a lot of driving, as we had been? Our standard room was really nice. It looked brand new but the hotel was built 10 years prior. Clearly, this property is very well maintained. The room was spotless and had tons of thoughtful touches: an extremely comfy bed with a pillow top mattress, good pillows and linens, ample seating, tons of hanging and drawer storage (which made me want to stay more than one night but sadly, our intense travel schedule did not allow for that), fantastic shower, and nice bath products. There are several great options for restaurants within the hotel, which I will review separately. I was able to see the large, gorgeous pool from my room but sadly, did not have time to enjoy it. The location is pretty nice. It is an easy shot to the strip, about 15-20 minutes, but quiet enough to destress from all of the hustle and glitterati. Henderson has lots of restaurant and other things to do on offer. Checkout was also easy. It took less than 5 minutes and they emailed us our receipt. Staff was very nice. This was my favorite hotel during my 2+ week driving trip. Clean, comfortable, quiet and plush. I would totally stay here again and for that matter, look for a reason to return to Las Vegas just so that we could return to the M Resort and Casino. read more

Late post we have always loved Vig Deli however quality has definitely gone to the way side! The buffalo chicken wings, price does not support quantity. We ordered dry with buffalo sauce on the side. The fried wings had no flavor whatsoever as if they just threw them in the fryer without any seasoning. I could have done better myself! Not ordering them again. read more
