Found a great place to get my Benz serviced! My husband called M Tech to set up an appointment and they said to bring the car by anytime that week. We set up an appointment for Monday morning for a B Service. I'm pretty particular about keeping my car in great condition and getting the maintenance done on it. The folks at M Tech were wonderful. They explained what is in a B Service and told me exactly what I needed. They had the car ready later that day and I didn't feel like I got ripped off when I paid them. My only suggestion would be that I wish the drop box was more visible and secure. We looked around for a while before some guy pointed out the opening in the door. When we were about to throw the keys in, we realized they'd probably drop to the floor. I was hoping the drop didn't break the fob and luckily it didn't. A little sign and a basket on the inside would help. Either way, this is where I'm getting my car serviced from now on! read more

No option for 0 stars. John has returned a car that wasn't completed twice now. We have a written report from another mechanic stating that he didn't complete it. What is the most frustrating, is that he refuses to take responsibility and complete the work we paid for. read more

I am new to the state and I want to get settled with a Mercedes certified technician. I went to the Mercedes location in Wilmington and they were rude and condescending. I read the reviews on Mtech and called more than once and each time I got a message saying they couldn't come to the phone to leave a message that was a month and a half ago. I have not heard from anyone yet. read more

I had a good experience. It's never enjoyable taking your car in for an expensive repair. M-Tech was very upfront and helpful. They completely fixed my car and did it for significantly less than a Mercedes Dealership quoted me. I'd go back. read more

I took my car in for a transfer case replacement. It's an older model X3 BMW and the dashboard lights 4x4+check engine+ ABS were present. There was a slight jerk or skipping feeling when the car accelerated. The mechanic said they could find a decent preowned transfer case and motor at auction for $1500 so I agreed to pay $2300 for parts and labor. I left the car at the shop. The next day at noon they said they found the part and the car was ready. I thought to myself that's amazing. When I arrived they said we put the new transfer case on but we can't get the abs+4x4+ check engine lights to go off and we can't stop the skipping- jerk you feel when you change gears while driving. I thought well that's why I brought it to your shop. So, just out of curiosity I asked if I could see the old transfer case that was removed. and The Mechanic stuttered saying" we got rid of it right away". I thought that's very curious and way too efficient for comfort. Out of all the junk parts and cars lying around in that shop, they managed to get rid of my old transfer case in 2 hours. The mechanic reiterated the cost and said (for good measure) "by-the -way I think your hood-cable snapped so you won't be able to open your hood". The only thing going through my mind, were the words " here take my money- I don't need it" stamped on my forehead. I just looked at my car in absolute silence for god knows how long , thinking what an expensive adventure. Then, the mechanic said- "you could leave your car with us a little bit longer to see if we can get your hood open but it will cost about $300- $500 because I think your hood-cable snapped". Unbelievable absolutely unbelievable !!! Not only did they manage to do additional damage to the car, they did not fix the original problem. How these guys got 4-5 stars is absolutely unbelievable. Thank goodness they were out of Kool-Aid, when I arrived! read more

They have had my car for a month and I have only heard from them one time. After dropping it off, I called them a week and a half later to find out what was wrong and to get pricing. They said the job would be done in a couple days. It's two weeks later and not only have I not heard from them, but I've called them two-three times and left voicemails and no one will call me back! This is ridiculous. I've been without a car for A WHOLE MONTH to the day. At least call me back and let me know what's going on. I'm trying to be patient because I know they're busy and I am far from a car expert and I have no Idea how long these things take but when a couple days turns into a couple weeks with no communication? What is going on? I brought it in for a tail light and some seals on the doors. It makes me nervous about bringing it back for other services. read more

Skilled German automotive mechanics. Having someone who is knowledgeable professional and honest when dealing these at times complicated vehicles that without experience most mechanics would only set you back further making things worse. What M-tech said, they did. And did it rite the first time and did it fast. I love German cars and anyone who needs service I highly recommend M-tech. read more

Will not use M-Tech again. Very unprofessional. Brought my car in to have it lowered which was completed. However after that the car need to some fine tuning to prevent rubbing. I have made 15 calls over the course of 3 months to M-Tech trying to get the vehicle back into have to raised a bit in the front. John has just refused to return my phone calls after months. They will take your money and that is the end of the service you will get from them. Very disappointing and will be look for another indy shop. Stay away from these guys, bad service! -Pat read more

If you want your import car serviced better than at the dealer and for less than half of the price this is the place! Guys here know euro cars from bumper to bumper, took my BMW several times there, never came back for the same problem. They are upfront, fast and have reasonable prices. If you want to take your car to them (you really should) better call them first and schedule, they are always busy but will find a way to service your car. Don't expect a fancy waiting area with a coffee maker, wifi, cable and magazines, this is a true garage, it smells like a garage, looks like a garage and feels like a garage but believe me I've seen all types of high end euro cars there from a brand new X6 M or a Mercedes SLS to an old BMW E21 or a Volvo 240. They know how to deal with this machines! read more

Had to go here after two recommendations. Honest people, won't try to sell me more than I need and they were quick to get parts. Quick response and know their stuff! Also always a plus to see some rare cars sitting in the lots. Going back to get some gaskets and head work done. read more

Had a bad shaking with my 10 year old BMW 4WD. Took the car here because of good reviews. They diagnosed it correctly as bad front axles. It was an expensive repair in the thousands (the parts are most of the cost) but weeks later the issue has not come back....so they nailed the major issue with the car. I will return because they seem honest about the costs....parts and labor....and give options. Visa/MC accepted but no AMEX. read more

I've been taking my BMW for the last year to M Tech and have no complaints about the service or the price at all. The shop is ran by true professionals. I would only add a waiting area for the customers, but it's a true euro specialized garage. read more
