I became upset, since I had been dealing with his bad attitude since I walked in and he was trying to rip me off. Inimmediately walked away and I said "You have a bad attitude by the way." To which he replied "Me?!" And I said "Yeah, you dip$h*t." Granted, I was a little rude but mostly because I wanted to get my car fixed for the price he gave me in the estimate. Flash forward a couple hours later, after fixing my car myself, I left a bad Google review for this guy so that people know he is a scammer. Well he replies and makes up a whole story about how I was cussing him out for a long time and interupting other customers. His story in the review had several contradictions in it and he must have realized it, since he deleted it or challenged my review via the system. After reviewing the other reviews, it appears clear to me that he is manipulating the Google system for a better rating. Definitely avoid if you do not know about auto repairs. Strange scamming behavior.

My car is in mint condition and is a classic so for those of you who have been in my shoes you know what it's like to let someone else drive your car without your knowledge. I initially brought my car in for overheating issues. They diagnosed the problem and charged me $500 to replace two hoses and a thermostat. I was told they drove the car for 100 miles and that everything was working fine. I picked up the car, drove just a block, and it overheated again. I brought it back, and they admitted to installing the wrong size hose. After supposedly fixing that, I picked the car up again--only for it to overheat yet again on my way to work, right before getting on the freeway. This was now the third time I had to bring it back. They said they'd re-diagnose the issue. Later, they called and told me the real problem was now the water pump and timing belt, and quoted me $3,000 to fix it. At that point, I told them I'd be picking up my car and wanted a refund, as they had failed to fix the issue from the start. The employee was defensive and only apologized after I pointed out how unprofessional and careless their service had been. I explained that driving a car while it's overheating is dangerous, especially since I have children in the vehicle. This place is shady, dishonest, and lacks any accountability. I truly hope the Better Business Bureau investigates them, because businesses like this are what give San Pedro a bad reputation.

From my very first phone call, I had a great experience. I called on a Thursday, and they were able to get me in the very next day. The receptionist was friendly, welcoming, and made the entire scheduling process incredibly easy. When I dropped my car off on Friday, I explained the steering concerns I'd been experiencing. They listened carefully, assured me they would thoroughly inspect everything, and later that afternoon called to let me know they expected to have the car ready by Monday.
