If you're seeking just a good ol', without-flaw gel manicure, go here. It's huge and definitely more corporate than the mom and pop shops I usually go to. If you like conversation and the slower pace of the experience to relax, go elsewhere. This was very quick, almost to the point of I wondered if my tech was anxious about doing it under a certain time. Today I just wanted fresh nails, so I didn't mind it, and it's close to home. But I'll still be going to my other spot for the more family feel and slow spa treatment. read more

I would not recommend this salon for a manicure. They do fine pedicures but I would not ever get a manicure here again. My nails are all uneven and bumpy. This is my natural nail and it looks very bad. Unfortunately I do not have time to come back and get them fixed so I'll have to go to another salon later this week. I made an appt for 12:30 for a gel mani/pedi. At 12:45 I was seated at a pedi chair with warm water, no jets running. At 12:55 Tina showed up. Asked me if I wanted a water to which I said yes. She the handed me a very warm bottle of water (on a 97° day) so it wasn't exactly refreshing. The mani wasn't very relaxing and the polish was unevenly applied as can be seen especially on my big toe. She was very rough using way too course of a buffer to remove my old gel to the point it actually hurt. When I said something she then backed off a little on the pressure. At this point I just wanted it to be over. My cuticles didn't hardly get touched as can be seen on both hands. I had to go home and trim them myself. These pictures were taken short while after leaving. My advice, stay away from Tina. In addition to a crappy mani pedi that I paid $100 for she is unable to communicate as her English is so terribly broken. read more

To be clear, typically, I would have just gone in and had the nail fixed. That being said, by the time I went in, they would have had to fix more than just the one as others started lifting as well. Unfortunately, I just dont have the time/opportunity. I have a 1yr old and im a SAHM. I'm not going to hire a sitter just to get my nails fixed that shouldn't need to be fixed in the first place. If I were to call for anything, it would be for a refund. I ended up soaking them off and am now dealing with very thin nails that are splitting at the sides. I've never dealt with this after a soak off. Absolutely not going back. read more

My nail tech was very sweet but the quality of nails i got for $90 was insane. It has been one day and they are lifting and one came straight off which she fixed for free but the gapping makes my nails look as if they were done weeks ago, overall the quality is just not great and im a bit disappointed. Shout out to Kim for doing my nails today and doing a hauntingly beautiful job! I LOVE the sparkles and my ghost and spider nail art!! She also did my pedi.. I got the Vampire pedi which is one of their seasonal options for October. Pedi was nice but at the same time I will say, they probably should have done a couple things differently for a Vampire theme. I thought it would have been so cool if the water was a blood red and maybe have like plastic Vampire fangs in the water but that didn't happen. They Eygptian gold products for the lotion, scrub, ect... which to me screams mummy not Vampire. They could have easily called it the mummy pedi and had like plastic bugs or scorpions in the water and it would have been really awesome ! Also, on the tray with the products they brought out had a little spider and pumpkin but I guess they were just for a decorative purposes.. it was cute but it would have been great if they incorporated them somehow either in the water or for the massage.. i get that they'd have to be cleaning them alot to do that but just a thought to be more creative in the future for seasonal themes! Definitely would have been nice to have been offered something to drink as well.. even just some water but overall, I really enjoyed getting my nails done here today and would for sure come back! read more

I called for three pedicure appointments and we were able to schedule in a timely fashion. We all loved our technicians. I had Don who was gentle and his service was professional and friendly. All of us had different needs for our pedicures and they were very gracious to meet each of our specifications. The atmosphere was clean, open and welcoming. My experience was terrible. Only went here cause my normal lady couldn't take me. Three days later and I have two broken nails, already have gone back once to get it fixed. They are bumpy, misshapen, and my cuticles on 3 nails were completely flooded before I had to fix them myself. Upon leaving I had sharp edges, and product on my skin. I have never had this happen, and on top of that, they charged me $65 dollars for a dip manicure, and anywhere else it's $50. Just a heads up, not great service. Nice atmosphere but feels like I'm paying for the vibes more than the quality of the service. Really disappointing. I would honestly like my money back, they look like crap. read more

Made an appointment which I highly suggest you do at 1p and right on the dot we were called over for our pedicures. This place is super big with tons of manicure and pedicure stations. I got a dipping powder with tips and an acrylic removal and my friend got an acrylic. The acrylic removal went pretty smoothly (overly hot water I had to soak hands in) she didn't remember a the color number and put the wrong color and because it's dipping powder it wasn't until they were done that you could tell. Recently moved to Idaho and was searching for a new nail salon, and was a little nervous about coming here because some of the reviews weren't great, but I'm glad I did!!! I made an appointment for 10 am but was called and asked if I could come in at 9, so I did. I had to wait for about 10 minutes and was given two $5 off cards for the inconvenience - not necessary AT ALL but I sincerely appreciate the gesture. I came in for a regular pedi and a gel mani & started with the pedi first. The person who did it was very nice and careful. Only thing I didn't like was that the tools were not taken out of the sanitary bag in front of me so I don't know if they were autoclaved or not. Pink did my mani and I absolutely love her! I asked her about the differences in some services and she was very knowledgeable and honest with me about what would be best for me instead of trying to convince me to get the most expensive service. I requested a full acrylic set, and I couldn't be happier. My nail tech repeatedly compared the nails of the fingers of one hand with the other, to make sure that they match perfectly. There was a pleasant vibe while I was getting my nails done too Le was very kind and patient and did a wonderful job. Gave them a second try, gel manicure and regular pedicure. Really wanted to chuck it up to just a bad nail tech the previous visit. This second visit I did the brighter colors, but on day 2 my gel was already peeling. So much for lasting at least two weeks. Got the signature pedicure, massage was lackluster, and a waste. Wish I would have just gotten basic polish. Wasn't worth it. All in all place is more hype than quality, but have pretty good availability. Hmm guess I shouldn't be surprised. The nail tech I had completely sucked! Instead of just using nail polish remover, she used the tool that's used to remove gel nail and it thinned out my nail bead. Instead of trimming any extra skin or addressing hang nails she used the electronic file and thinned my nail bead to the point where it made an indentation. She obviously didn't have a clue on how to manicure or pedicure. I would never go back to this place again. While the place is large and nice inside, their sanitation of the equipment they use is disgusting. She used the water where my feet were to clean out the tools that she just used on my hands and feet. Go at your own risk! read more

Don't waste your time and money. I've had more than one experience where there is a misunderstanding with what I asked for or they didn't communicate an extra charge but demand it when you go to pay. I keep giving them another chance but I've reached the end of my patience. This last time, I needed dip and they said they can do it, but the guy put my hands in water and told me to run the dip off. It was my first time getting a gel manicure here today. I was cut three times and left bleeding. Once while getting my cuticles trimmed and then twice more while the nail tech was filing. When he cut me with the file for the second time he asked me if it was too much. I replied you cut me now for the second time and he had no response. He tried to give me an extra filer when I left for compensation. I left with my hands in pain covered in dried blood. Not to mention my thumb nail is already lifting immediately after leaving the salon. I will never go back. read more

Sadly I did not have a good experience with this place and the service they provided. I received a pedicure and after my nails were cut shorter, I have gained 4 ingrown toenails due to how poorly they were cut. The woman who painted my nails left a big chunk of polish messed up on my toe and saw it and left it. Putting the final coat on , I had to finally work up the courage to make a comment to fix it. And lastly there's no changing table in the restrooms for me to change my child's diaper. :( read more
