This was important for me because I'm pretty much clueless when it comes to any of that stuff, but I always still want to have a nice hair. She even was able to do the hair for my sister's wedding! I came to her with the hope to go really light but maintain the integrity and health of my hair, and she's consistently done just that! I love that she really understands what I want while also educating me on how to keep my hair healthy, and therefore teaching me that going from natural thick, black Asian hair with trace evidence of red box color dye (a stylist's nightmare, ahhh I know, I'm sorry!) and previous balayage/coloring from other hairstylists is a PROCESS but Jen ensures that I'm always happy with the results. And on top of that, she's the sweetest, most accommodating, and talented person ever!
