I was thankful for his honesty and appreicate that he wanted me to get the very best outcome. I then scheduled with Jen and she was like a bright lil sunshine. We cut off the 10 inches and it was so fun deciding what to do with it next. She truly knows hair and is very high level professional. I will be back! That said, they were blended nicely. - The color is red/orange which bothers me more than the cut. I said multiple times I didnt want red or warm... my whole head, not just the highlights, got toned a fairly strong red hugh. I invested in blue and purple shampoos trying to tone it down. It helped a bit. I did give her feedback but I don't want to go back to get it fixed because I've been back once already and I'm not confident in her ability to fix it at this point. She did offer to try again. I think i gotta wait this one out a few months and then get a trim and/or tone from someone else. Facility was cute and clean, free parking out back.
