Courtney, the owner, is extremely unprofessional. she texted me at 8am in the morning the day of my 1pm appointment to ask if I could switch times with another client because their sitter canceled. I could not do it. she kept asking saying "you get it, you're a mom." When I arrived 10 minutes early for MY appointment, there was already a woman in Courtney's chair with foils being put in and a baby on her lap. Courtney had given my appointment away anyway. my appointment started 20 minutes late. I had asked for Blake Lively blonde. Instead, since she had double booked herself, I ended up with Draco Malfoy blonde. she attempted to correct it, and in doing so my entire crown of waist length hair broke off at my chin. she actually had me leave her salon with out combing my hair. she put tangled wet hair in a French braid. I assume this is because she saw it breaking off in the wash sink. Courtney then refused all accountability and tried to blame me. every hairstylist I consulted said that what happened to my hair was her fault. Thos is a bad salon with a bad owner.
