I started off with the $6 express wash, as a test run. The young lady was super nice and was able to answer all my questions about the types of washes and any fundraising coupons, if any that will be offered. She also let me know that if I was unsatisfied with my wash I would be able to go a second time around at no extra charge. The young man who did the pre scrub was very thorough. This place is the worst Car Wash, stay away from it! I was there on Saturday, June 15th and the guider had me go straight into the rail and popped my tire. The guider then comes up to me and informs me what happened. I told her why did she have me continue to go left straight into the rail. She stated I wasn' t turning which I argued that I was. I also pointed out that the hole is literally on the side of my tire and it damaged my rim as well. She then stated that I was going too fast, I stated I was not and my foot was on the break. The guider then threatens me by stating that it was all on camera. I said okay, show me the video and to get her manager. She continued to argue with me, and I repeated that I want to speak to her manager. Jayson came out and told me that the cameras were not working and right now it was 'she said/she said'. I stated to him that their employee had me go straight into the rail and I did not appreciate her false accusation that I was not following her instructions. Jayson filled out a 'Damage Form' and stated he called Jocelyn and she would call me on Monday. I called Monday afternoon and no answer. A few hours later Jayson called me back stating that Jocelyn did not come into the office but she would call me on tomorrow (Tuesday) I asked Jayson what were her hours and he informed me they were from 6 am to 2 pm. When I called today Jocelyn answered, she spoke to me as if she had no idea what I was talking about. Then when I stated that Jayson apparently lied to me because I was told that he called her the day the incident happened. Jocelyn suddenly remembered and told me that 'this has never happened before' and she would need to speak to her Supervisor and watch the video. I told her I was informed by Jayson that she was the 'General Manager' and she would be the one making that decision. I also stated that I was informed by Jayson that the video wasn't working so now there is suddenly a video? She stated that yes there is a video. This place enjoys wrecking their customers' car and not taking responsibility for it. I have contacted a lawyer, M1 Car Wash Express owner Andrew Marroquin will be hearing from him. read more

They don't let you know the vacuums are not working... had to go walk back up there and see what was wrong with them. They have a machine that is completely empty that they have all taped up and another customer tried to use it and they didn't give him back his money. I will NEVER be back here, unfortunately that means Jiffy Lube looses out on some business. read more

When this place opened, it was wonderful. I've been paying for a monthly membership, the Ultimate Club since they've opened. Now, it has gone down hill. They never have working vacuums or there are NO vacuums. The vacuums are the main reason I used to love this place. The staff don't care about the homeless that have been living in the bushes and hanging out in the lot, they never enforce their "no loud music" rules. This place is just as bad as the ghetto of Lancaster. They don't care about anything except your money. The only way I can express my dissatisfaction is to not give them my business. read more

I visit this car wash frequently, and they are always professional. If there is a problem, a manager has always tried to solve the problem. I visited this car wash on Friday, December 8, 2017. I had a problem with the fact that my tires were not cleaned at all, and brought it to the manager's attention. The manager's name was Jocelyn, and she was very willing to help, showed tremendous professionalism, and did so with a smile on her face at all times. She is very pleasant, and friendly, and was a pleasure doing business with her. Great employee! On another note, I do see that the prices were raised, which I believe is a big mistake. The prices were fair at $6, and $4 Tuesdays. If a price increase continues, there will be no reason to come here, as it will be the same price as a regular car wash company. I went in for the ultimate car wash today and was very disappointed with the outcome. There was water spots all over the windshield and windows, the water does not dry completely. I am a regular at this car wash and over the last year the quality of the service has really decreased. The employees are still very nice and helpful but everything else has gotten worse. They raised their prices and the quality has decreased. The vacuums are constantly filled with debris and do not work effectively. What has been most frustrating is the hours. This is probably the worst car wash in town. I just ran my car through there twice and the front bumper looks like it did before I drove over there. My front bumper still has bugs on it that are easy to wipe off. There never seems to be a member of management on site when I have my car washed. Go somewhere else for a car wash. read more

So I come here because my fav car wash raised the prices and is no longer there or changed their name aka cruz tru ..im desperate for a decent wash but I need a good vacuum ..my wash was ok just ok the dryer left spots on my car ..ok whatever so I come to the drying area where the vacuums are the whole are is disgusting and dirty I just washed my car and there is tons of trash on the floor where I'm suppose to vacuum my car o and talking about vacuums NONE of them work and if they do the hose is detached ..you need to really take care of this place clean the vacuum area very well take it the trash out,get better vacuums and have a attendant helping in the area ...organize this place and on top of it they raised the prices PlEASE dont do that a horrible mistake for this dirty place to pay more ..if u guys clean up this place and lower the prices I'll be back but till than I'll find someone else that is cheaper ..and cleaner than this place .. read more

Yesterday I had my car washed. I was wiping my vehicle down, when I noticed abrasion on the roof. This cross hatch pattern is indicative of brushes. I took it to a body shop and they confirmed my suspicion. I spoke to a manager and she said that I receive a phone call from the owner. I have not received that phone.
