At that time, I felt it was a great option. This time, however, my experience was different. I am not sure whether it is because prices have gone up, but the tire looked repairable to me. Still, they told me it could not be patched and that I needed to buy a used tire instead. Since I was already there and the work needed to be done, I ended up paying $60 for a used tire. What disappointed me most was that I originally thought I would be able to keep my old tire and take it home, because I believed I could patch it myself and keep it as a spare. In the end, that was not how it worked. Their used tire replacement process meant they kept my original tire and gave me another used tire in exchange. So it did not really feel like I was simply buying a used tire for $60. It felt more like I was trading in my old tire, which did not even have a hole that obvious to me, and still paying $60 on top of that. The service was done quickly, but the overall experience left me feeling less satisfied than before. Next time, I would definitely compare prices and ask more questions at a few other shops before making a decision.on the car

Took two technicians, but I appreciate that they showed me test results and were about 30min between each other. Best in person service I've received in a long time, the fact that they came to me is priceless. Had my car up and running again. Thanks guys, I rarely reviews but there exceptions. But overall, just beyond what we had anticipated with pricing even with the quote beforehand and after it going up even more. Oh well. He had simple and technical answers so I got to know my car better. The repair was done and when something came up he checked with me and gave me options to save money or what is best to do next.
