I'm here to tell you that Alex Tires is the type of shop that reaffirms that good people and good small businesses are still a thing. Came in for just a rotation/balance/re-mount tires for my SUV (I wanted to go white letters out, my dad had them black letters out). They said they could do it no problem, and they did it quickly. I was out within an hour and a half, and they were BUSY. They were non stop working on 4 different cars, with even randoms coming in for patches or replacements. Cars had to back out 5 stars here is no joke, there's a reason for an almost flawless record here on Yelp. I can't recommend Alex and this shop enough. I messaged Alex through Yelp after seeing all of the great reviews and he really went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. I had these custom wheels that I needed tires mounted and the TPMS sensors swapped over. I was asking for a specific size for the tires, but Alex was very honest and upfront that they would be on the pricey side (low-profile tires), and suggested some other tire sizes that would still fit my new, big wheels AND be cheaper! He ordered them the night before and said they would be ready the next morning by 9am for me (AMAZING). I got there this morning and the guys at the shop were super friendly and hard-working. They had this nice waiting area where I could sit down in the shade while they worked on my car. The guys even made sure to test the fit of the wheels on my hub and noticed that my oem lug nuts wouldn't fit with my new wheels. Thankfully, they had a set of lug nuts in stock that worked perfectly and proceeded to get my new wheels mounted! I was chilling on my phone while I waited, but Alex spent some time chatting with me which made the whole experience even more comfortable and time just zoomed by. The service here is incredible, and the prices are so affordable. Alex only charged me for the wheels at $150 each despite giving me a whole lot more. These guys will take care of you for sure! I'll be back next week to get some spacers for my rear wheels with them, and will definitely be a forever customer for Alex Tires. read more

My car had a slow leak on one of the tires on Friday. Saturday rolled around and now 2 other tires has the pressure light on. My boyfriend found Alex Tires and they told us to stop by. I usually drag my feet when it comes to tire places because they take forever and are super busy. The guys at Alex Tires are super efficient and friendly! They are great and no BS. Took my truck for brake service front/rear pads they installed my front passenger one wrong I took it back and they didn't wanted to take blame they tried to blame the pads or my caliber. Took it to another shop they confirmed it that they did put it wrong went back and told them again that it was their fault and still deny it so I would not be coming back here again mechanics seem to only know to change tires and oil. I showed up on a Sunday about 45 minutes before they closed. I need two tires installed on a pair of rims that had tires on them already. The staff gave me a price and said they can get it done but I'd have to wait about 30 minutes as they had 3-4 other cars they were working on. It seemed to be less than 30 minutes and they started my work. The rims I had were 22's with low pro tires so the work wasn't the easiest.
