Several keys were self sustaining. Art took this on as a personal challenge, even when he had to return on a second trip to finish the job. On his second trip, a string broke and Art restrung the key with new wire. He also inspected the humidity control system and confirmed it is working as intended. His prices are fair with a small $25 up charge to come to Carson City. He is not precisely punctual but his skill, knowledge, and demeanor more than compensate!
