They do a nice job and are open super early. I frequent the airport and this market. The store is always clean and they swap out the retail products on a regular basis. I really enjoy that they are local and feature a nice selection of items from local merchants for the most part. A big bonus is that it's vegan friendly and you'll find more than one option. The only thing I don't love is the extra charge for cruelty free ( non-cow) milk. They are not the only place to do this but I've never understood why that's a thing when so many people choose this option. The service is top notch and the value is good for an airport location. read more

My go to coffee stop while flying out of Reno. Quick, easy, and tasty. Breakfast burritos also slap.

The girl with the dyed red hair should remember that locals travel too & maybe not to be rude just for sport. I travel every week & I've seen her be short with others before. Today she was doing absolutely nothing besides standing at the register talking with her co-worker and then got a pissy attitude, was rude and interruptive while we were ordering. There was nobody else in the store so it wasn't that we were holding anyone up either. I wish I could take the tip back! Next time I will go over to Peet's! read more

I have a like dislike relationship with Verdi market. When traveling through RNO it's my go to stop but only for lack of other options. The staff is inconsistent with opening and there are no hours posted. Do they open at 4:30, 5:00, 5:30? Who knows because I've been here at all those times and it's hit or miss if they're open. The line can get long and with one barista working the register and making fancy drinks, it's inevitable you'll wait awhile. That's frustrating if you're rushing to catch a flight. The overnight oats here are my favorite and the only reason I keep going back to Verdi Market. Just over a year ago they cut the amount in the container by at least 1/3 and kept the same price. I'd rather have paid more for the same amount of oats than get less. Along with some healthier and less processed dry food and fresh food options, Verdi Market also has a small selection of Reno and Lake Tahoe goodies from local artisans and small local businesses. read more

If you are looking for a quick bite to eat they offer some pre-made items under warming lamps. You can checkout yourself at the end and be on your way. Obviously no idea how long ago it was made and not made fresh. Further in you can order. Hey at least they don't charge you additionally for a bag! read more

I came through Reno airport for an early flight on 7/3/2025. The store is nice I usually go to Verdi but the short girl with a long ponytail at the counter left a bad taste in my mouth. It wasn't just about that she was bouncing all over the place or how fast and loud she talked but more about what she was saying. Badmouthing your coworkers to customers is classless. Loud enough for me to hear. Myself and the gal behind me chose to leave. I fly through Reno often and will not get my coffee there if I see her working. read more

Verdi market has quickly become my home away from home. It's my one stop shop at work and a MUST stop for anyone traveling through Reno-Tahoe Airport. It is absolutely on the pricier side but- Hello! Airport food always is. Besides that fact, it stands tall against the other food options. I've had some great Tea's here, Hot Chocolates, And my WEIGHT in iced coffees. They always indulge me in my exploration of flavor combinations. And are always up to date with the latest seasonal beverages. (hint; pumpkin.) NOT to mention the MOUTH WATERING bakery fresh options. I've gotten ALL my coworkers hooked on the Ham & Cheese jalapeño breakfast muffin. They've got some really great juice selections (and MY FAVORITE KOMBUCHA BRAND in various flavors) in their little convenience store section. Plenty of cute little souvenir trinkets too. This. Is. This is a little market in the Reno airport. They have package food to go along with snacks and drinks. There also have coffee and teas . The shop is in between the B and C gates. I love this little market in the airport! I stopped for a quick cup of coffee but ended up checking out all the delightful local handmade items. Soaps, oils, lotion, honey, you name it! I ended up picking up an item for myself and I can order more online. I really loved that it felt like a little cafe/market and not the airport. I'm not sure if they have other locations but they should! Such great service....very friendly and down to earth. Stop here for your coffee and a treat for yourself. read more

This is my second time getting coffee from this place. It's terrible, it's not the workers fault, the company just has terrible coffee. I got an iced latte once again hoping for something better since this time it wasn't sugar free and regular milk. Still tasted the same kinda taste like bong water. Wouldn't recommend. This made my whole day! Literally! I'm going to be traveling all day & I stocked up! I'm a healthy eater & It's hard to find healthy eateries in the airport, especially during COVID with so many places temporarily shut down. I have always bought a latte at this establishment at the airport when I travel. I have had many lattes here and always get a large 4 shot vanilla flavoring latte. The flavorings are extra and the reason folks add flavors is so they can taste the chosen flavor. Today I bought the usual and went to my terminal and when I had my first sip the latte was bitter and no flavor taste whatsoever. I returned to the establishment and told the young lady that their was no flavoring to which she replied yes there was because she put it in the cup before handing it to her associate. I told her I had many vanilla lattes there and that this was the first time I could not taste the flavoring and maybe the coffee was much stronger. She replied that it's because there was four shots of espresso. Again I reiterated that I have had many four shot large vanilla flavorings there and this was the first time I could not tell. She put additional pumps of vanilla flavoring in the cup and irritatingly said have a nice day. Ok, more shots and I still can't tell won't go back there ever This establishment needs to insure they QC their products especially if they make changes to their coffee. What the hell is wrong with employees who aren't customer friendly? She is in the wrong job should be a coal miner in a dark mine working with as few people as possible. Taste your products and evaluate the quality and hire friendly folks. You can teach them how to make a latte but can't always teach them customer/people skills. I was friendly and not rude at all. There are other places to buy a latte or a coffee that I will frequent in the future when flying. read more

Nice new place inside the Reno Tahoe Airport. Bought a chicken wrap, reasonably priced (for the airport), and service was fine. On board the airplane I munched on the wrap. After a few bites I felt a greasy taste on the roof of my mouth and looked at the center. RAW BACON, a full strip of it, was folded into the center! Read the ingredient list printed on the label: yep, bacon was an ingredient.... but it was RAW! Who in their right mind would build a wrap like this?
