I did have dents on two of my thumbs and she said builder gel will help but also keep my natural nails stronger / less damage (I have done builder gel before and agreed!). The owner did gel x on my natural nails. She ruined them. She told me what an amazing job. She had done I asked her several times to correct several things, including to stop cutting me. I practically left in tears for what she said was an art job. Literally went to a salon nearby who were able to semi fix them. Run run run run. I am out $140! Just from this salon plus another fifty bucks for the fixing at another.
