Since I wasn't getting color, I expected her to at least pay attention to the shape of my nails, but I felt there was very little attention to detail. I politely asked twice if she could shape them more evenly, and both times she responded with noticeable attitude. By the second time, she seemed visibly annoyed, so I decided to let it go rather than make the interaction more uncomfortable. I left unhappy with my manicure. She also left my hands oily from the cuticle product, which made the service feel unfinished. It was pretty quick but the polish was on the thin side, though the price was good. But about 2 weeks after, the polish grew out with a slightly lifted edge where the growth was that kept getting caught in my hair and chipping the polish. This was my second time coming here, and unfortunately I won't be going back. The first time I came…read morein, the lady doing my pedicure cut my toe and it would not stop bleeding. She kept putting powder on it to try to stop the bleeding and continued the service. At the end she even asked me, "Where's my tip?" I still tipped her, but I left pretty upset about the whole experience. I decided to give them another chance and went back to get my nails done. This time the girl doing my nails was rushing through everything so fast. The filing was aggressive and she hurt me a few times, including when she trimmed my natural nails so short that she basically left none of the white part. At one point it hurt enough that I reacted and she immediately grabbed my hand and held it close to her chest for a second before continuing. About a week later, as my nails started growing out, I noticed a pretty significant dip/indentation near my cuticles. It looks like my natural nails were overfiled in that area. I'm attaching pictures because the indentation is much easier to see now that they have grown out a little. Also, the white polish in the pictures is NOT what I left the salon with. I painted over them myself because I really didn't like the original color. By the end of the appointment everything felt so rushed and like she was trying to get me out that I honestly didn't feel comfortable saying anything or asking her to redo them. I gave this place a second chance after what happened during my first visit, but after being hurt during both visits and now having these indentations in my natural nails, I'm done. I really wish more care had been taken instead of rushing through the services.

Definitely did not listen to my request, she seemed to just pass over each toe nail quickly doing the bare minimum. I had to stop her before the color and asked to go over some obvious areas.
