Black bean noodle and seafood noodle in the second photo is what was left after trying to eat it, but the taste just wasn't good. The overall flavor was bland and not what you would expect from this type of dish. Another issue is the tax calculation. Philadelphia sales tax is 8%, but they charged about 9%, which shouldn't happen. Even if it seems like a small amount, customers should not be overcharged. Unfortunately, between the declining food quality and questionable pricing, this visit was disappointing.
