Had a great meal here last night celebrating my graduation. We sat in the little back room to accommodate our guests. There were two servers constantly checking on us. We started with warm fresh hot fluffy pita breads. Complementary spicy dip, crudités, pickles and olives. We ordered the salad sampler with nine different salads. Each one of them was fresh and flavorful. They included humus with tahini, baba ghanouj, spicy fried eggplant, tabouli, beet salad, potato salad, guacamole, tiny chopped Israeli salad, and some others. These were quite filling but I had heard such great things about their grilled foods. I ordered the prime rib steak. It was cooked perfectly. Every single bite was absolutely deliciousness. It came with two sideSo I ordered Israeli salad and Majeidera (rice with sautéed onions and lentils). Both of those were delicious too. My brother had the mixed Grill appetizer which was turkey/chicken, sautéed onions and mushrooms. My sister-in-law had the baby chicken skewer which she enjoyed. My nieces had chicken cutlets, mashed potatoes, french fries. I nephews had the prime rib eye steak which they devoured as well. Everything we ordered was absolutely fresh and delicious. Prices are on the high side but worthwhile because the food is absolutely delicious. Can't wait to go back.

    The receipt.

I have been here a lot and always rave about it. Had a bad experience one time but could look past it. This was my first time ordering in - they left off a side dish and gave no pita with the hummus. The portions seem much smaller as well. $84 for this....

This is their $21 dollar burger! Four ounces of dry pathetic patty. This is what you get at Mabat. Hamburger

Mabat has been consistent for over 20 years. They are a staple to South Brooklyns kosher meat lovers. You are guaranteed a great meal every time. This Israeli steak house serves up fresh and delicious pita, pickles, salads, dips and meat dishes. The avocado salad is a must get to start your meal. The sinaya is a must try as well. It is a mixed grill of different meats ; beef lamb turkey chicken seasoned and cooked perfectly on top of delicious hummus. The lamb riblets are also a fan favorite. They have great baby chicken and other kibabs. But my favorite is their rib eye steak. It's like butter!

This place really does have the best Israeli food in ny. A bit tight on space but the food makes up for that

We were a group of 8 with two children. After touring Crown Heights since early morning, we stopped here for lunch. We walked in, were nicely greeted and sat down immediately. The waitress came over, said hello and immediately took a drink order. They. have a pretty extensive list of wine and beer here along with their very complete food menu. I skipped the appetizer but a few of my friends had the wings. I made the mistake of not tasting one and they looked delicious. Who ever had one also enjoyed them. I went straight for the burger, most of of did. Their classic burger was, [well] a classic. A great patty of [kosher] beef with all the toppings. It was perfectly cooked [medium] and flavorful and moist. This is definitely a great burger spot. Too bad it's a 45 minute drive from me. Service was great and our waitress very attentive to detail. I am really looking forward to a return trip with my wife. I want to experience their great looking desserts. KUDO's to the team here at Boeuf & Bun.

Food: Smash burger are great, they are not the best but I would rank it as top 5 in the city. I was pretty surprised how they charge for cheese (the place is mostly Kosher, and the Cheese of I remember is vegan) which contradict the concept of smash burgers. The fries were overly cooked if not almost burned, so I couldnt eat half of the basket. Service: ordering regular fries and getting trufle fries just to charge me extra is not a nice move. But having those popcorn and water cup made up for it little bit. If I knew I would be charged that much (burger + fries) I would have chosen from the lunch special menu

Pastrami on rye with spicy mustard absolutely slapped. Smoky, juicy, perfectly stacked, and messy enough to ruin your shirt with honor. Then came the beef brisket on rye with a cup of au jus for dipping... and brother, that dip should be studied by scientists. Pure perfection. Dishes you'll be familiar with but with a slight twist in a good way is the name of the game here. The vibe is upbeat, staff is friendly and the food is on point. This night we had the caramelized medjool dates with chunks of crispy beef bacon, pickled red onions with a drizzle of aioli that but thru the sweet and have it a nice balance. Their signature burger is ultra juicy bf flavorful, even if you must get it well done ;), the Duck pastrami was really tender and had all the flavors of what a traditional pastrami would have. Their charcuterie board was phenomenal and chef said he'd be updating it from time to time with new additions as well. And I'm physical obsessed with their pickled veggies jar!! Loved their olive oil cake served with an in season persimmon and kumquat coulis, almost like a short cake and the sweet and tart of the fruit coulis complimented really well. So get your GNO, BNO, birthday, date night, family celebration going here! It's a fun night out with great food, beautiful ambiance and upgrade energy! Oh and they will hold your table 20 min past your reservation time, DO NOT BE LATER THAN THAT because there is a ton of walk ins and they will give your table up to one of the many hungry patrons waiting. Which I do very much appreciate that they stick to that rule.
