Frank and his team were fantastic!! I got quotes from other collision repair shops who wanted to just replace my liftgate on my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee for which I emphasized I did not want to do since my 2013 was the last year with the back flipper window, which I needed to keep. NONE of them would just repair it (all said it could not be repaired). I felt comfortable with Frank from the first day speaking with him...confident. He assured me he could fix it and VOILA', HE DID! And my liftgate looks BRAND NEW!
