I confirmed the specific areas that needed to be thoroughly cleaned with Loida (bathroom shower stall and air vent, out/inside stovetop oven, refrigerator, washer, and dryer) along with wiping/dusting all outside surfaces and walls, inside of all drawers/cabinets, interior windows, vacuum and mop. I was there for the two hours since I needed to clear out a furniture and small items that were left from the previous tenant. They were flexible and worked around me as I emptied the rooms. They did a good job making my new place look, smell, feel cleaner and more comfortable to move in. I chose Loida among others because she's local to my new place, responsive, and addressed my specific cleaning needs at a reasonable cost.
